How to Stop Being an Imposter in Your Life - Wellbeing Wisdom Tiny Bites Podcast
About this episode
Do you ever feel like an imposter in your own life? What does that even mean?
Imposter syndrome is something almost everyone feels – like if people only knew the “real” you, they wouldn’t feel as good about you as they do. Imposter syndrome crops up most often when you’re learning something new or doing something that you haven’t done very many times. Imposter syndrome often shows up when you’re on the steep leg of the learning curve, and that’s just when you need to give yourself some grace.
When that feeling of not being good enough comes up for you, ask yourself what it is that you’re trying or needing to learn, and then focus on learning that.
Buh-bye imposter syndrome, hello more resilient you!
