How to Manage Someone Who's Always Right - Wellbeing Wisdom Tiny Bites Podcast

About this episode

Do you know someone who’s never at fault? They never do anything wrong, they always throw someone else under the bus, and they never apologize because they’re never wrong.

I have an important question for you – do you have to be around this person? If not, let them go.

Seriously – get them out of your circle because they’re toxic to your other relationships. If you do have to be around them – like if they’re a family member or co-worker – then think about helping them grow into a better person. Help them see that blaming others makes them look bad. Maybe role-play how they might calmly accept responsibility for their part in the problem.

Try it – be the person who helps them behave like an adult.
