How to Lead through challenges-building, trust, and creating safety with Michelle Thompson

Her journey started with being accused of covering up the death of a resident to creating her own consulting and coaching business that helped to emerge. Experienced leaders learn how to prioritize human connections more than bottom lines to create workplaces that people never want to leave.

Michele is a Registered Nurse with a Gerontology Specialist Certification with more than 25 years of clinical, strategic, and operational experience within seniors care.

She specializes in leadership, has partnered with private and non-profit stakeholders, and has worked with First Nations in British Columbia. Michele supports leaders to develop skills founded in the basics of human connections, which build trust, lead change and create respectful workplaces where shared values lead to exceptional outcomes.
