How to Know if You're Smart - Wellbeing Wisdom Tiny Bites Podcast
About this episode
Are you a smart person? Most people consider themselves reasonably smart, especially those who did well in school, because they were told often in their formative years that they were smart.
As we grow and age, the smartest people are the ones who: consider different perspectives than their own, usually have at least one non-fiction book in the process of being read, admit when they’re wrong, are flexible enough to change their opinion, love having challenging conversations with intelligent people, and spend time improving their knowledge and skills.
Does that sound like who you are right now? Yes? You’re a smart person, then, because you understand you’re a lifelong work in progress.
If that doesn’t sound like who you are right now, think about one of those attributes you could focus on for the next month, and get in the habit of doing it.
When you’re willing to grow, you’re a smart person!
