How to Identify and Overcome Personal Barriers
About this episode
Personal barriers whether personal, professional, and social or always indications of believing in our past. Past is just false emotions that we attach to it. We play the role of victim with past traumatic experiences, and overtime we allow them to form hedged physiological barriers. These barriers prevent growth and keep us in the quicksand of fear, guilt, and worry. I encourage you, as you listen to this podcast to be self-aware of the change that you need to put in place in your life right now. Want to change yourself and those you love?
