He is somebody that is an inventor. He is a systems thinker. He is a health futurist. We're going to get into exactly what that is. He is the founder of NES health, XBO health, energy for life. Like I said, he's a bio energetic expert, an entrepreneur, a speaker, and a filmmaker.
And he's here to tell you how to live forever, maybe not forever, but for longer than you're playing it on them. But now anyway, ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the program. This is Harry Massey. Harry, what's up, man? It's all good. I'll totally tell people how to live forever. I'm I'm going to live forever myself. You're going to live, we're living with, you know, I always think about. My minimum is 120, but I think as long as we can do that, we'll keep going. Yeah. I always like to think about the movie, um, Taladega Knights, when Ricky Bobby says, you know, with my high level of income and the advancements of science, there's no reason I can't expect to live to 16585 years old. But it was. So how did you get into this, man? How did you get into this? It says it is a pretty curious story, but when I was 20, I had these free, very dramatic accidents or instances in my life, but when I was ice climbing and I fell, fractured my spine and that this was in Scotland, I didn't know I'd fractured my spine to be honest
until I'd had a paragliding accident another year, a year and a half later, and that time when they took me to the hospital, this sort of had a fractured spine from before. I also was living a very, very hedonistic life, I rock climbing at university and partying so I was only burning the camel to a ridiculous extent. And I ended up getting like a, just a sort of an Epson bar, a forest on another climbing trip and caught really, really white towels and in short, in short, I ended up with Addison's disease and ended up bedridden for eight whole years, I say bedridden, I was basically stuck at home, looking up at a dark sort of ceiling, barely being able to think, you know, I could elucidate of a thought and try absolutely everything from a normal, I say a normal, I don't know what normal is, but from a dietary point of view, I tried every type of diet, I did
a lot of fasting or functional medicine type things you would have heard of, but none of that worked. So after about seven or so years, I basically thought to myself, I don't have any energy so I should study where energy comes from, which brought me into this wonderful world of biologetics, which is the study of energy in living systems, ended up meeting a scientist from Australia who'd been looking at how the body works through a physics point of view, which I can get into that whole sort of topic in itself. And from that, I ended up, I basically ended up inventing this other scientist who died about 12 years ago now, but we ended up inventing this whole sort of physics first system of healing and a whole bunch of different devices and technology came out of that. Yeah, it's super interesting.
I'm so happy to see you're on here today because I am, I went to Antarctica last week and I am, so I've been so jet lagged all week. I'm like, is something wrong with me or my jet lag, I have no, like, through two, 30 in the afternoon, I'm cooked every day, I just have no energy right now. So I was like, man, I'm going to talk to the energy guy, random question before I get into this real specific with you, jet lag, what, what can you do for that, right? Because that's what I need help right now, I'm dying. Well, once it's already happens, so in your case, it's nothing we can do before you offline, you've already come, well, you've already come back, that's doing story. Yeah. Now you're back, the, I see the quickest way is actually injecting NAD, I would say, I take a lip, I take lip, I take lip some more, I take a lip some more NAD plus, that's a good thing. No. Doesn't do anything. I've seen nothing. Um, what, what, what, what work a bit better is N, N, M, N, so you can, you can take
NMN and that will convert to NAD, but if you just want to get over, you know, if you've been doing some very exhausting business trip and you just need to get back on your game, you can just buy an NAD file and you, you're, you're basically, you're basically injecting if you inject that for a couple of days, you're, you're going to be back, back to normal file. And then the other, you know, you probably already know this, but just, you know, you do have to, you do actually have to take it a bit, a bit easier, like when you come back, just taking those two days, you know, two days off and being a bit more, you know, nice, to yourself and reading a book and all these other things of, and actually invade, you're in Vegas. Yeah. I would go out to Red Rocks and, you know, I would just have a day or two hiking or just make sure I got outside for a few hours, just, just being out in nature helps. Resets, you know, the circadian rhythm, yeah.
Yeah. It was, we did, um, I was in the air for 63 hours over eight days. It was wide with that, yeah, I mean, it's Emirates business class. So it's not that brutal. It was actually, I mean, I love that flight, but, but still, it's, it's a lot. I didn't know which way it was up, which was, which was nuts. All right. So let's talk about energy in the body. Let's talk about where it comes from in the physics of it. Why people lose it? How to get it back? So well, you lose it all sorts of different reasons, but I'll, I'll just start on a general principle. If you look at your body as a bit like being a battery, so you can top your energy up and basically what to have, have your energy high. And then you, the real trick of it is looking at what leaks your energy. There's a few very significant links. So one is when you're in pain or if you're injured, your muscles will basically use free
to five times more ATP than they would if they're nice and, nice and flexible. So pain and injuries is a big leak of energy. The second, the second actually is just having inefficiency in, in the body. So if you, if you are living an unhealthy life and you're kid, these artwork, it's probably a liver as well, and probably that, that's just general inefficiency, which I'll get to how we solve that in a minute. And then the third biggest, the first, well, it's actually one of the largest, and it's the most easy for you to solve is basically negative emotions and different states. So and that can use like 30 to 50% more energy overall. So let's take, you could be, let's just say you're angry. If you're, if you're angry, you're wasting all that extra fort energy in your head. And then there's the same with anxieties that take anxiety and anger. You're using all that extra fort energy.
It creates far more cortisol release that could create adrenaline release. It's firing up your sympathetic systems that you can't, you can't rest and relax. And so overall that will just blur it up a ton of energy. And so how people actually lose, lose their energy over time, it's generally through, it's through stress, it can be through, over, over training, getting, getting injuries, and then just general, it's general things that will inflame their bodies if you live at, you know, if you live at a bad, a bad lifestyle, et cetera, or, you know, where you could get viral infection or things like that. So, and when, if you look at the body, you can look at the body from a very, very simple equation that's really just helpful, vitality. It's literally, it's literally just two things. It's just voltage. It's just your overall charge. And it's divided by resistance and resistance is what we're,
is basically what we've taught, what we've taught about. It's where you're leaking, leaking all the energy. Or, or another way you could, it's healing equals your overall sort of energy, reserve, minus all of the, all of the energy leaks. Since if your energy leaks are too high, you just don't have enough energy left to go about your day-to-day life and to heal. So the whole, the whole game is to reduce the leaks and increase the amount of energy you put in your system to begin with. You don't really want to just put energy into a broken system because it, you know, it's like putting, I guess, rocket fuel in a really bad car. Like, it just blows up. Yeah. Well, what, what I'm, what I'm thinking is like, it's kind of like your iPhone, right? Like, when you first get it and you charge it, it'll stay charged for like three days. And then like two years later, the quality, the battery goes down. So as much as you charge it, yeah, it's all inefficient, yeah.
Yeah, as much as you charge it doesn't matter. So it's the same way. So it doesn't matter what you do if your max battery capacity is only at 65%. So what you're trying to do is repair the battery from 65 back to 100. Exactly, exactly. How do we do that? And then make the body super efficient again. Well, the, the main biggest, well, I'll take it, I'll take it in the free parts. So one, one with pain and injuries, see, there's a lot you can do from, you know, body work, you know, stretching, et cetera, but from our point of view, we, we made a device called the MyHealth that combines a laser in with a retro therapy, and then it puts information in on the signal on top. I've licensed technology to offer big companies, but anyway, that aside, and then the biggest part, and the biggest part is basically just making all of the bodies organs really efficient in how they function and in how they use energy. And for this, we have to go down at least a five minute wonderful little rabbit hole.
Let's go. Let's go. So we're all used to the body working as a big bag, big bag of chemicals, and the conventional viewpoint is there's basically only a chemical control system. So you know, a chemical molecule comes along to a cell, it's a cell receptor, and then it goes and, you know, it goes and does something. However, there's also a field-based communication system in the body, so, you know, for example, your nervous system is producing a field, your heart produces a magnetic field. You even have cell-to-cell communication using photons basically light, and that's what we call the body field. And so from a physics point of view, that's the master overall control system, because physics sits above chemistry, chemistry sits above biology, biology governs healing and how we
get better. And the most effective way that we can get our body to be more efficient is basically just to give it direct instructions, and we can use an electromagnetic field, and we can use light. We can do it through a wearable device as well, but we basically just imprint information straight back into the body, and that will help your body to become more energy efficient. And then the last way is the whole negative emotional side, that's a big topic in itself. But, you know, the first thing is awareness, so I made a wearable called a gem that stands for guided energy and emotional management that will tell you how to 13 different emotional states, you know, who are basically where you're at, and when you have awareness, you can be thinking about it, and the Apple basically coach you with what to do about it, but
you have to extend back, but by a signature, back into the body to help reduce your stress and help to balance your questions. What's generating that data, is it your electromagnetic field, or is it your physiology? Is it blood pressure, pulse, temperature? No, also to little things, but one of the main really interesting parts is in Chinese medicine, the Chinese will basically read you know, read your pulse by putting the fingers on wrist and feeling the pressure wave. So through a PPG sensor on the wearable, we can look at the shape of your pulse wave, which is a bit different to, but it's a big advance from what an ur or a loop would do, it's just looking at heart rate verimities, we're looking in the full shape of your pulse, so that's one. That's how we're getting the emotional state, but then the other part of the nature I
have been doing at the last four days, I've been very, I've literally just, I've got very obsessed with inventing the last four days, but I just worked out our way that we contain, this is the camera in your phone, look at your, look at a video of your face, look at your tongue, read, also listen to your voice, and that from a Chinese medicine perspective also contains all of this other information analysis, and then I'm going to combine that with blood labs as well, so that will give you a really, really, you don't need the blood labs to read emotions, but it will give you a very, very deep, deep analysis of what's going on, and because the wearables on you, we've got all that information, you've got all that information 24, 7. What was the testing like for this, for the baselines and the test groups, and what was the testing like? Because this is all, this is like, nobody else is making this stuff, you guys are the only one. There's nothing else to do that, so we've had an R&D company for 24 years, so it doesn't
come out overnight, but in the particular pulse space, basically, I use Chinese medicine practitioners to read, to read pulses, and then I measured with a PPG to see what they looked like, and then basically ended up writing algorithms to fit the shape, the shape of Chinese medicine, that's how we did that part, all of the face tongue, etc, I can do with AI, honestly, if AI existed three and a half years ago, I probably would have derived the pulse stuff without all the hard work we had to do, yeah, you'd be so much further in a different direction now, because you can get down to that, yeah, and so to change, you said during the app, it walks you through, is this like meditation, is this, I mean, are we breathing exercises, how are you bringing people, how are you changing state?
So from our thinking, I basically have this process called the GIST process that stands for gratitude, intentions, surrender and trust, and basically it does it through journaling, but in short, if you write down each day what you're grateful for, but basically you look at what you did yesterday, you notice the winds, you know, you give gratitude to the people in the situations, that automatically calms you down, but it also puts you in a state of receivership, and then it basically writes intentions for the day, and you know, a lot of those intentions might be written in a wind-wind type thinking, so it would be a wind, it's a wind for yourself, but it would be a wind for the other party, or parties, and a wind for overall society, and that helps to make sure the intention is basically aligned
with what the universe, or if you like what society, what the world around you will support, and then you surrender to how, as to how it happens, to the universal God, if you like, I'm from a physics point of view, and physics, to me, is the same as religion, and then you basically trust that it works out in your highest interest, so in short, it's a combination of giving your awareness, so we're giving you an awareness of what your emotional state is, and then through journaling practice, you can then take that awareness and help in shape. Shape your life, day by day, and then over time it very rapidly improves and iterates. What do you think has a bigger impact on your overall health? What goes in your mouth or what goes in your head? You know, ultimately it's because your head is your head, because your head also
controls the case in your mouth. True, okay, you can't loop all it, you can't loop all it. I mean, what I'm saying is, does emotional state, you think, have a longer, is that a worse detriment to the body? Then I'm talking about like Burger King and Twinkies every day. I'm talking about like, well, so there's a long term study called the ACE studies, the look to adverse childhood events, and different diseases, and if you've had more than free or free or more adverse childhood events, and they aren't necessarily that significant, but it's just having a difficult childhood. It doesn't have to be some extreme, extreme situation. If you've had three of those, you have four times more likely risk of having a heart attack, of getting cancer, etc. But here's the most crazy statistic, is you actually have, but overall,
you have a 20-year reduction in your lifespan. So, meaning if the average person lives to 85, if you've had more than three childhood events, then basically it makes you stressed for eternity, you would only live to 65. So that is extremely significant. Now, yeah, if you lived on, it's all relative. If you only died, it was McDonald's and fries. That's not going to be too good, either. No, well, I think, well, it's, I was telling my wife last night, I spent about a week in South Africa when we did our trip, and I think they must be somewhat strict about what can go into food and what can't go into food there, because I felt great the whole time. I just felt lighter. I felt good. I always eat fairly well, but I think there's probably some stuff in our food in the United States that was not in the food there, and it definitely made me
feel better. Like I felt, I just felt, there's a lot of glycephs in the food and the state, some food. Yeah. And they didn't have it in Europe. I don't know about Africa, but they don't have it in Europe, lots of things. No, I'm assuming it was somewhat better as moving along. So the wearable, is that available now? Like, is that something you can get now? Yeah, absolutely. Yeah. I'm trying to think, I think there's about 4,000 turning up next week, but yeah, there's depends on the stock level. The initial, the initial few thousand disappear pretty quickly. Yeah, I think people probably just don't have a good idea of how much their mood or state is affecting them in any given moment. It's probably you just don't realize. So was it, when you go out in the like the red zone where you shouldn't be to start beeping and letting, you know, like, yeah, you got to, you need to calm down. This is an issue. It'll tell you basically if you're frustrated, if you're anxious, if you're impatient, you know, but it also, it also tells you the positive side as well. So it tells you if you're
joyful, happy, et cetera. No, let me ask you just because you're obviously 360 degrees on this as far as health. I'm going to ask you because we already, you told me to lift some more NAD was useless, was useless, damn you Gary Brecker. You told me that was useless, which I, I thought it might be, right? I'm not naive. I thought it might be, but I'm going to run through some other stuff that we do and you tell me the value. I've personally never noticed, and if you inject it, you, you feel it, it's the list. All right. Okay. All right. Let's, let's talk about peptides. Are you a peptide guy? I know a bit about peptides. Yeah. Okay. All right. All right. Like, what BP 157 and TV 500? Reformation. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, the, the first one's good for, good for inflammation, injuries, et cetera, but yeah, you sort of want to inject it right, right where the, right where the injury is. Yes. I can't, like, it's not as good. Yeah. I, the TV 500 is super
interesting. I tell you why. So this isn't much of a well-known fact, I think, to the health world. So one of the reasons of, one of the, when you're basically a kid and you're a teenager, you have a really, really healthy, famous, it's a very, very large, famous, and that basically ends up producing all the white blood cells, and it's basically managing and controlling your immune system. And I think that people don't totally appreciate is your immune system really governs where stem cells will go and basically directs different areas of your body to repair. So if you have a big, healthy, famous, your repair system, i.e., your regeneration system, i.e., your secret key to living a long, long life is unlocked. And when you get to 56-year-old, I'm 56-year-olds, I'm fortunate to find the fire, the fire is to shrunk down to 20 percent, and it's basically sort of withered, and it isn't, and it isn't that effective. But as you mentioned,
TV 500, yeah, TV 500 is one of those peptides that will help regenerate the finest function, which, therefore, in turn, does, you know, does help reverse biological aging. So yeah, that's a big, sort of a big area for us. So I'm just about set up a clinic in Park City, and we're doing that, well, it's a half, it's a physics first, health care, well, it's basically a physics first, longevity center, and we're using a type of cell, we're using, we're using peptides, and then we're using this whole field, field side physics first approach as well. But yeah, it's a, it's an interesting area. I'm looking at imprinting peptides, which is another, another whole area, but basically, you know, so a peptide has a particular function, but we can tag it
to, we can imprint it with extra information, so it'll, it'll more specifically target a particular organ. You know, that's, I want to go into it to myself now. Yeah, well, yeah, so, so that's good. At least I got my peptides are good, which is, which is good. Yeah, I definitely noticed a difference when I'm on that cycle of those things. I was doing the GKU, the copper in a glow stack, but it was, it hurt my joints. I couldn't do it. I didn't get rid of the copper. I injected that one, and they got a terrible headache, and another friend did as well. So I just put it in the bin. Yeah, I have used it on my, I, I just get the powder and I mix it in with a cream, I put it on my face sometimes. Okay, so, so you can do topical, what, I never thought to do topical with that, okay. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Okay, next thing, I've a grounding, sleeping with a grounding mat on your bed. You know, I used to, I didn't notice enough, but in theory,
in theory, I totally agree with it. I just personally haven't noticed. And, and if, well, if I compare it, so yes, you know, you're, well, obviously you're, you're basically grounding the electrons in your body. But for example, like if you're going to swim in a pool or even better, if you're going to swim in the ocean, like that's the, that's the best, best, best grounding, and you really, really do reset. Yeah, theoretically, I totally agree, and I'm not going to say, theoretically, I just, I bought one, I've had it on my bed for months, I didn't notice, and I don't know why I didn't know you, but yeah, I think it's just one of the things that my wife is trying to get us to live forever. So this is a lot of her, EMF mats, sitting on an EMF mat, we have a giant one. Like a, like a PMF one. Yeah, I'm sorry, PMF, yeah, PMF mat, yes. Yes, they're all good too. They're all good. So that, how would I describe that?
You know, I don't, I don't know that you want to do, I don't know if you want to do everything all, all the time, because then, then your body might get, might get used to it. But yeah, I think using it three times is really good. Okay. Red light therapy panels. And yes, we have all of this stuff. It depends on the intensity of, you know, of the bulb. So, you know, you mentioned earlier light beds, so some of our technologies is in some, isn't some light beds, and there's got like the leap, I'm not going to mention names, but like some of the leading light bed companies out there, they're basically isn't enough power output. And for example, if you go out in the sun, so you go outside in the summer, when you're in Vegas, it's really hot. Yeah. At sunlight, if you were sunbathing, I think that's, I think it's 40 or 50 times more red light, you know, every spectrum,
then, then you would ever get in, you know, all the top red light panels and beds. Okay. And anyway, so maybe on the red light panel, the red light panels and maybe, I don't know what brand you've got. I definitely don't want to compare brands on a podcast, but just, all I would say is just, you just want to make sure the output is strong, is strong, because otherwise it's not doing too much. Yeah, yeah, it was, it was pricey. It's a pretty big apparatus. It was. But yeah, in short, you know, one of the reasons, from a physics point of you, one of the reasons it works is because it builds up what's called structured water inside you, but near of red and near, near and for red builds. It basically builds up H3O2, which is structured water. And when light hits that, it'll actually spin off electrons and electrons
of ACWAT, where you get energy. I'm going to sneeze. Yeah, real life here on the podcast. Okay, we got dogs barking. I'm sneezing. You're sneezing. It's fine. Everybody's doing it. All right. Next one. EWAT training with oxygen. So I got a giant magnet. What's that? Yeah, I've got one of those. I need to re-rig it off. I had it in an old house of mine. Very stymetry, but it's good. Yes. Do you want me to describe it? No, no, I'm just saying good. I'm just saying, look, we're the, we're the one everything at the kitchen sink at this time to stay alive thing. And some of it, I just want to make sure that what we're doing, in a time I have a subject matter expert on them, like, is this, you know, voodoo or is this really good for us? Okay, let's roll back to basics. Maybe you asked me how to stay alive, but a bit. Yeah. So the three main organs you want to look after are the brain and
your heart and your muscles. So if we, so that I'm going to combine the heart and the brain together, because the best, best, best thing you can do for both of those is low, low impact kind of asker. So what, what I do, I have one is A and T machines at home and every morning, I just get up and I do, you know, I just do the 40 minutes at, you know, for me, I'm doing 128 beats per minute, but don't copy my beats per minute. You need to do your own level, level two. But that is the best, that is the best fuel brain and your heart. And in the end, you know, only two things happen, you know, when you're getting really, really old, you go completely stupid and then what you actually die of is your heart stops beating. So, you know, looking at, and the reason the kind of asker is also so good fuel brain, I mean, it's literally the top, top, top thing you can do to increase IQ and to have a really healthy brain was basically,
this basic kind of asker because you're getting awesome. So you asked about E what, but I think more, you know, more, more basic is just, it's just, you just want, you know, plain old-fashioned good, good, good kind of asker. Just kind of kind of the muscle stuff for it, you can, you know, X times a week, like you're two or three times a week, you know, you want to, you want to do some, some good weight, weight bearing stuff because the good, good strong muscles have also been highly, highly correlated to living life a long time. Now, after that, so we've got the basics out of the way, then that's like, well, how, how would, how would you actually reverse age? So one, for one, you know, we want to get rid of those energy leagues and then we want to increase the amount of energy, energy in the body because then we have a nice, free flow, basically, you want free flowing electrons, we're trying to get rid of all the, all the resistance, inflammation, negative emotions, all that stuff that just gets, gets in the
way in an agency, so that's, that's that next bit. After that, then you get into these regenerative things, you've got stem, you've got stem styles, peptides, and like the light bed that I haven't yet released, basically with this light bed we're doing, we're basically going to print information in on all the light ways that will help to, basically help to regenerate different organs. I probably shouldn't be talking about that, but then mind I am, and then there's a, with in the stem cells stuff, there's a lot of different types of stem cells, and you know, most of it is just to do with signaling, like most stem cells that you get from the centers, et cetera. Yeah. The stem cells, they're not really growing, like they're not really growing in you or anything, but they, but they do, but they do send out, send out paracrine, signaling to help, you know, to help signal, but they're not always that specific, like if you just
have them in an IV, lots of them will get wasted in the lungs, and excrete it, et cetera. So what I've been looking at, another, you know, I'm doing a study at UCST at the moment, where we can basically see, we're basically in printer, in printer stem cell, one to make it more pounded, and when I say in print, we're in printing with field information, and then two, for the targeting, so it's more, it's more likely to go to a particular organ. I can't claim that yet, because the study is not completed or finished, but you know, that's a whole, that's a whole thing. But yeah, if, and then I think the full thing or fifth thing, I would say would be to regenerate the immune system, because the immune system does actually govern repair in the body, like it, you know, when an area gets injured and inflamed, like it's the immune system, that basically says, we're going to repair that part. So you want a healthy,
healthy immune system, that's why you're like your, your TV 500, which is the other one, there's alpha, alpha to alpha one, alpha two. Anyway, there's a, there's a couple of peptides that will help, you know, help regenerate the, the finest. To boost that up. Yeah. Yeah. I call it decode, recode, restore, but basically, you want to decode the body to know exactly what's going on in the body. And, you know, we have like an AI analysis to system that will work all out. Then, but we also, like, then want to just remove all as much inflammation and as noise, or what I'm calling resistance, as we can. So like, I like doing the, like, EV, which is basically ozonating, takes your blood out one arm, ozonates it, puts it back in, puts it back in the other arm. And then it basically does all the, all of your blood, so you get super,
super clean blood. And then, recode, but basically, we want to recode the body with the optimal blueprint of how it should be working optimally. And that, that's the whole idea that I was saying earlier about making the body more efficient. And then we want to restore tissues, which is basically using stem cells, using peptides, et cetera, be sort of like, unless you've cleared out the body and recoded it, like putting stem cells is pretty waste, you know, stem cells are great. But if you're, if you haven't got a clean body and terrain, you sort of wait, you know, you're not doing aerobic exercise and all the basics, you're sort of wasting your money. Well, it's a shotgun, it's a shotgun, not a scalpel. You just shoot and match it everywhere and hoping to get where you need to be. But let me ask you this, because, you know, Alzheimer's and brain health has become such an epidemic, especially in this country. You know, why do you think that is, and as a
step that you can do to protect yourself from that stuff? I mean, Alzheimer's and dementia, the biggest thing is just high, high blood sugar over time. And it is mostly lifestyle, they see lifestyle, but bad diet and just having too much sugar over, you know, a whole 50, 60, 70 years of doing that. So that's that's the main thing. Goodness, what can you do? Well, I say diet, diet my size, the top thing, I say for Alzheimer's and the whole aerobic exercise. I mean, you can start using GLP ones and twos and fridies and all of that too. But I would just say just be careful with those. Yeah, let's talk about that, because that's that GLP ones are so invoked, everybody's, everybody's on those. The thing is, it's like everything. If you think something is a magic bullet and oh, I can just go about my, you know, normal life and eat the normal stuff and
not excise. And I'll just take this, I'll just take this GLP. That's just not the right way to look at it. Now, I think to use it to help you to help you make the change into a more healthy lifestyle like that. That's a that's a good use of it because it will help know your blood sugar because you're not, you know, you're not as hungry. But yeah, you know, it comes, it comes with the change of habits. I think that's the way to use it. But like, yeah, I'm a bit reticent of like just total, like just do this, just do this. Yeah, just do the one thing and that's all you're going to do. That's it. Yeah, everybody wants the magic bill. Health is not like that, unfortunately. You've got to sort of well, yeah, you want to attack, you want to tackle the big, the big areas first and then, you know, then it gets, you know, then it gets way more and more nuanced over time. So I'm curious about your, I'm curious about yourself, I'm curious about your supplement games. So like how often do you get your blood checked? How often do you adjust your
supplements? How many supplements do you take a day? I'm curious. You know, I just, I just did this new epigenetic test that replaces going and getting all these different blood, blood labs. I just got the results about this morning. It's that like 30 different things on it. I would say, I think I'm getting my blood done about every three months, which I think, I mean, if you're really serious about reversing age, I'd say you probably want to be doing that. I guess if you're just wanting good health, maybe at least six months is fine. Suppments, oh my goodness, I used to track. I'm not doing it right now, but I did, I did have a big, big spreadsheet, you know, not have every single reason why I'm taking every single thing. And then my assistants would, you know, that I would have my morning lunch afternoon, like all bagged off and there was all like hyper organized like this, like this, like this, like this big list that I have stuff on it. Yeah.
How many, how many of you, how many of us do you think you're taking? It's such a, it's such a hard one. So a lot of supplements are a bit useless, honestly. I'm much more of a fan of, I'm much more of a fan of, you know, like getting, getting it all from super foods, whole foods, juice, juices, etc. Like it, it's because like the whole, the whole plan really does have everything in all the right ratios. I'll give you an example, like there's so many third order effects that you just don't realize with supplements. So take, if you take turmeric, for example, if you're a woman, everyone thinks let's take turmeric because it's anti-inflammatory. Now if you're a male and you took turmeric for four or five days in a row, it drops your testosterone by 30%. You don't want that as a male. Now, if you, you know, if you knocked your elbow and got, got a bruise and yeah,
and you don't want to take paracetamone, you want to take turmeric for a few days to calm it down. Like that's a great use for it, but you don't want to be on it for life. So that's, that's, that's the problem with supplements. Any, any, you know what? And nobody really knows all the knock on effects, because you know, there's no studies on it, on, on, on, on any of it. Like you, well, there's, you get a study for a particular supplement or an ingredient, the ones that look in particular affect the, we're, we're buying the benefit for, but you, you don't know, you don't know how that affects the body in, you know, in our words. And I would say this, it's similar about peptides that, and that's why I said with GLP2 or, you know, the GLP agnus. Use it, use it on the way, you know, use it on the way in to change, to change your habits to, you know, to get your on track. Or, sure, you know, if you into yourself, and it really hurts, then use BBC157 for a few weeks. But if you do
something all the time, your base is saying to the body, oh, I don't have to make that any, any more. So in your baseline? Yeah, it just creates a new baseline. So I'm, you know, I'm, I'm a fan of interventions for particular reasons and particular periods, but not like, you don't want to do everything all the, all the time. I think that's fair. I think that's fair. Well, there's one of the interesting part about your bio. We haven't talked about it at all. But you're also a filmmaker. I want to talk about that a little bit. Oh, yeah, it's fun. I'm just completing another one. So what, what, tell me about that? Well, way back, I guess maybe 16 years ago, when, sitting our, our first iteration of the company, nobody really out in society knew what we were talking about of what this whole field of biogenetics is and why, you know, my physics
govern, you know, governs biology basically. And, you know, you can write books and we wrote a book and that goes so far. But basically, well, the best way of getting information out is to, is to do a film, right? And I've never made a film before. So basically hooked up with a, well, he had a video production company. He hadn't actually made a whole feature film before, but any, and his name was Greg Becker. Anyway, we ended up teaming up and made, made the film called the Living Matrix and that, that was, that ended up the best spending health documentary for about four years in a row, like around, it was around 2008 period, like, yeah, it's like 2006, 2010, something like that. And yeah, that's what got us started. That's what got started. So what's the film you're making now? You're finishing up. Can we talk about it or not? Well, you know, no, I can. It's, it's called, um, Master Your Energy. And actually, I'm not making it
per se. Um, so I'm, um, a foundation found our work and basically offered to put up the money to make a film on our innovation and research. So I'm in the film, but I'm not technically, I'm not technically, I'm not technically making it because I'm, I'm the person in it anyway, which is not one because I've made films about all these other people. Um, but anyway, now one's being made about me. So it's interesting. All right, last question. If you had one thing you could tell people to do for their health, what would it be? One. One. You get one. Okay. Well, I'm going to say two. So one is, um, so naughty. I'll give you two. Give me two. Okay. So my ethical answer. Well, they're both ethical answers, but my,
if you don't have any, you know, if you don't have mean, mean or means and, you know, ability to do things, I would just say a, like, aerobic exercise. It's the, it's probably the, it's probably the simplest and you're getting the most benefits. And then what's the minimum heart rate for that? What's the minimum heart rate? Well, it's a, it's a, it's a formula. Say, you know, you take your, you take your age, I come from the numbers, you just do it in chat, chat to you. I'll tell you. I mean, you probably in your age and it'll tell you the numbers is different for everyone's ages, but maybe older you get, you have to do it slower, basically. Yeah, it's max heart, no, it's max heart rate minus your age. I think that's the formula. Okay. That's the four. Um, yeah, and this, and this, and the second, um, I say the second one, you know, what got me from being bedridden to building a company is meeting, um, the scientist
Peter Fraser. And yeah, I, I would say just look like looking to biologetics, um, which is based, which is basically using fields to improve, improve your health. And then so, because it's free, it's basically free of all the site, it's free of all side effects, any toxicity, you know, filling your body with chemicals. So I would just say look into that. I'm pretty sure there'll be a free book on our site, but I can't remember what site was, um, e4l.com, you, you can look into that world on that site. That's why that's why it's delivering.
