About this episode
During my conversation with Law Roach, he said when he started out, he didn’t know what he was doing but you have to "fake it till you make it," which led me to reflect on how many people do this. But it is easier said than done, thanks to a little thing called Imposter syndrome. Imposter syndrome is a phenomenon in which individuals doubt their abilities and believe they are unworthy of their accomplishments and the admiration they receive. As someone who has experienced imposter syndrome, whether it be in my modeling or writing, I often feel like I am going to be exposed as a fraud. In today's episode of EmRata Asks, we will explore what imposter syndrome is and discuss strategies for overcoming it.
