McLaren’s Car Operations & Engineering Director Charlie Hooper and Lando Norris’ No 1 mechanic Kyle Moreira explain the how the huge team working on and off the track train and prepare to break the record and keep their stops consistently fast.

They also discuss how engineers and mechanics approach their work in the same way as elite athletes, look ahead to the Texas Grand Prix and discuss where Betty and Christian would fit in their crew.
