How to Deal with Self-Doubt

What if the self-doubt you’re feeling isn’t a sign to stop… but your signal to keep going? 💛Y’all, I am sitting right outside the Women’s Symposium, getting ready to launch my very first book, Joy Is My Favorite Color, and my heart is just overflowing. Ever since I was a girl of 10 years of age sitting on my bed in an uncertain home shaped by alcoholism, books have been my sanctuary. I learned from my reading journey that resilient people don't  complain, they speak what they want and find solutions in every hardship they are faced with. 
I always dreamed of writing a book that made someone else feel that same hope and comfort.Friends, no matter what your circumstances are, remember that you are always bigger on the inside. When we fill our souls with gratitude, daily affirmations, and love, that inner light magnifies and overflows to everyone around us.
