About this episode
Hello and welcome to the Focus on Greatness Podcast. Have you ever felt like you there's not enough time in your day? Have you ever felt so drained at the end of your day but wished you had more energy? Through this conversation with my guest, we are going to find out not only the way we feel this way but what we need to do to have what we need, energy.
I lost my husband unexpectedly over 2.5 years ago the day before my 40th birthday. I learned in my grief process that many of the people have never learned about grief. Many either said things that missed the mark, or they completely disappeared, and this often left me grieving in isolation. It wasn't their intent to do this, it was because many just didn't know what to do or say, and many wanted to do things better. My Lean into Grief movement is working to educate and advocate to change the narrative about grief so that people can lean into grief so we can all grieve with grace. Join the conversation.
