Katy is a Canadian powerhouse who is passionate about empowering women and helping them to close the gender gap in senior leadership who saw her Linkedin followers rise by 30,000 within 12 months simply by showing up with purpose and shining a light on topics which she believed mattered.

Katy spent 18 years working in sales and leadership, eventually becoming a VP and then EVP. As she struggled with the transition from Manager to Director to VP, she realized how few resources and mentors were available to her, especially as a woman. Seeing others struggle with this same transition, she left her corporate role and launched Insights to Action, with the mission of helping other women make the successful jump into senior leadership and show up as the leaders they want to be without burning out.
