How to create your first course as a podcaster (Daren Smith)

When I created the picture of what I want my business to look like in the future, in the form of a synergy map, I had courses on there as part of the business. Courses are the natural progression for me as an educational content creator and they are a great monetization tool for your business. I just don't know how to create a course, how to turn my listeners to my customers and so on, I'm pretty clueless.
