How to hire a Virtual Assistant (Emily Reagan)

I have recognized the fact that in order for me to grow my podcast business and make money off it, I need to do the activities that will generate some income (money-making activities) and in order to do that, I need to find someone else to handle my other responsibilities which are related to the production of the show.

For me, the best kind of person to help me out is a Virtual Assistant because of their affordability and relative understanding of the digital media space. The only issue is that I don't know the process of hiring a VA, I don't know where to look or find one or even how to identify if they are the right fit for my business.
