A SUCCESS MINDSET:  To be successful in your job search, you need a SUCCESS Mindset. Of course you may experience these challenges 👇👇👇

😬 Recruiters may say you are over qualified or under qualified for the role you really want and know you can do

😬 There will be no response to some of your applications

😬 There will be times when you ask for feedback after an interview but you don't get anything helpful - or you're ignored

😬 There will be a lot of waiting and wishing the process would go faster

😬 You will feel anxious, you may feel confused and you may be fed up

All this can affect your mindset. So what can you do about it? I conducted a group coaching call for members of The Careers Academy on this topic and I'm sharing a few pointers from my coaching session with you today to give you food for thought.
