How to Create a Race Schedule That Best Fits Your Running Goals
About this episode
Creating a race schedule is one of the most fun processes of being an ultrarunner! But sometimes, it can be easy to create a race schedule that doesn't truly align with our biggest interests, goals, or fulfillment in mind.
Your race schedule should be fun, exciting, and something that brings you a ton of fulfillment in your running life. And it should align with the goals or intentions that you have for yourself when it comes to participating in races.
So, in the spirit of heading into a brand new year, I share a process that you can use to craft a race schedule that perfectly fits your running goals, and one that will bring you tons of joy within both your training and your races.
This is a process I've been using over the past couple of years, and its been truly powerful for me throughout my journey. So, I wanted to share this with you in hopes that it will help you craft an amazing race schedule. I'm confident it will!
