3 - Cost — You need to find the Goldilocks of fulfillment centers. One that's not too costly but also one that's not too cheap, in terms of budget and service offerings.

4 - Scale — A corporate fulfillment house doesn't quite help an SMB that sells supplements, and vice versa. The size of the center should match the size of your business, and the size you intend your business to grow to.
