Season 2. Episode #68 Not Me, But You! Podcast.  MSTY EFT is paying TWO payments this month (August 2025). Congrats to all of you who have bought/held MSTY and are getting paid TWICE this month! Build cash flow by simply pressing buttons on your phone! 

This information is NOT taught in schools, but probably should be. It would make a the world a better place, if more people were wealthy. If you want to become wealthy, then figure out HOW wealthy people think about things like: cash flow, assets, money, inflation etc. 

You don't need to make a lot of money to become rich. You just need to do 3 basic things and do them consitently. It's the "rinse/repeat" pathway to wealth. 1)Buy/hold Bitcoin. Save your money IN Bitcoin. 2) Invest in true high yield dividend stocks/ETF's. Rotate your dividend money into LESS riskly investments. 3) Learn to sell simple option contracts by pushing buttons on your phone (cash secured puts and covered calls.). 

If you KNOW where your money is going every month, then you can better plan for make "budget cuts" even if the cuts are temporary. Doing this will free up more money in your monthly budget so that it's easier for you to invest, save, pay down debt  and pay off debt. Budgeting is boring. But budgeting will help you to become wealthier much faster! So do it even if it's boring. 

We are all working most of our lives, for cash flow. What is a Social Security check if you live in the USA? It's monthly cash flow. What is a pension check? It's cash flow. What happens to your 401K when you retire? It can turn into monthly cash flow! Do you see a pattern? The awesome news is that you can CREATE your own additional cash flow WEEKLY/MONTHLY. That's what this podcast centers around and how to do it. 

Have 3 accounts at your favorite online brokerage. My favorite is Charles Schwab dot com. I love their customer service. Their employees are always knowledable and helpful. The 3 accounts are: 1)regular brokerage account, 2) traditional IRA, 3) Roth IRA. 

I like MSTY, SMCY, ULTY and things like CONY, YMAX, ICOI etc. These ARE RISKY. But IF you take the dividends from these ETF's and ROTATE the money into LESS RISKY investments plus buy some Bitcoin, you will likely become wealthier faster.

Stop researching and stop worrying about making a mistake. Instead get started. Take action. If you mess up, then learn from it and pivot into something that will be a success!
