Florian Heindl is the Group Treasurer at FACC AG. He joins this episode to discuss his experiences of leading a team, his thoughts on flexible working, and his advice for others.
Florian has held multiple roles in treasury over the years, including Head of Treasury at PÖTTINGER Landtechnik GmbH and Treasury Manager at Energie AG OÖ. He holds a master’s degree in Business and Economics from Johannes Kepler University Linz and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
FACC is a worldwide leading aerospace company specialising in the design, development, and production of innovative aircraft components and systems.
Being the technology partner of all major manufacturers, FACC works together with its customers on developing solutions for the mobility of the future.
In the short fiscal year 2019, FACC achieved €665 million in revenue. FACC employs 2,800 people from 38 nations and working in 13 countries worldwide.
