How it Works: The Polymath PolyCast Interview [Fireside Polycast]

About this episode

Hello Innovators, Polymaths, and Entrepreneurs!

This is a micro episode on how the interviews work for The Polymath PolyCast.

Someone asked me how the operations go for the show, and I wanted to address this for everyone! I thought it would be useful to understand the process I go through for each episode of the interviews.

It is a weekly release schedule, with a little bit of sprints at the beginning/end of seasons. Still not sure at the time of this recording how I want to approach the end of this first season!

Since I started doing interviews, things have gotten more streamlined and optimized. I created more of a system, and even a PolyCast Guest CRM.

Since this is the first season with all three series showing up (not counting the rare regular polycast). Those being the Fireside Micro-PolyCast (like this episode), The interviews, and the OmniContent (my main series).

It took a moment to get into a rythym of how they all flow together.

Meaning by the end of this season there will be about 20 interviews released.

By my calculations there will be about 10 interviews released per season. I know that seems like a little, but I don't have any plans of taking a long break between seasons, if any for the 3rd upcoming one. Not to mention I still may do a little sprint the first week.

Anyways let me know if you have any questions!
