How Do We Grow Spiritually?

If you had to make a list of the top three things that help you grow spiritually, what would you suggest?  Would you say prayer, listening to worship music and reading your Bible?  While these are good things, are they "means of grace" or "means of gratitude?" John says there are three things known as "means of grace" that should be present in your church and life that are chief ways we can grow spiritually: preaching, baptism and the Lord's Supper.
