Durham police are on the hunt for the driver of a grey 2006 or 2007 Honda Accord with a sunroof after a hit and run crash. Back on February 16th, that night, a woman driving a Nissan Altima tried to merge onto Durham Chapel Hill Boulevard when the Honda suddenly sped up and blocked her lane. She lost control, veered off the road, slammed into a guardrail, and her car spun out, ejecting her from the vehicle with serious injuries. Luckily, the two kids riding with her walked away without a scratch, but the whole scene shook up folks who saw the dash cam footage from another driver. Months later, as of early April, cops still haven't tracked down that Honda or its driver, urging anyone with tips to come forward so they can wrap this up. That's the story for today.
