His SON Is Going To Know; With Jim Schoch

    Slam the Gavel podcast welcomes back Jim Schoch to the podcast. He was last on the podcast Season 3, Episodes 3, 37 and 109, Season 4, Episodes 81 and 113. On the last episode we discussed the Father's Day failure and how the can was kicked down the road once more by Judge Mary Anne Scattaretico-Naber, leaving Jim without his son on Father's Day and his son's birthday.
    Updating his case where it now sits at White Plains, NY with Judge Katz, who recently recused herself and now Jim has to wait until January to go before another Judge. This is time AWAY from his own child who is being kept from him via false allegations to which he was cleared of. Geographical Parental Alienation is weaponized against him and his extended family as well.
   We talked about the epidemic in family court where good, fit parents are being legally and judicially abused, being kept away from their children due to "money court." We also talked about the Gadsden Flag, "Don't Tread On Me."
