00Good morning, now. Morning, the COVID people, good morning, yes. God. Hey, heaven swell. It is March the 8th. Marching along, from opening doors within. You are in this world to bring good into it. You are here to radiate love, light and wisdom to all those souls in need. You have work to do. And you can do this work only when you have sorted yourself out and can become one with a whole. When you no longer stand apart and criticize and separate yourself from the whole. Do you feel that one with all those souls around you? Do you feel at peace with the world? Or are your thoughts conflicting, critical and destructive? Always remember love, joy and happiness create the right atmosphere and draw all those souls of like, mind together.

03So watch yourself and start right now drawing only the very best to you. You can change your whole attitude and outlook in the twinkling of a life. Why not do it? Get into tune with all life and find that peace which passes all understanding. I like to think that I now and completely different in this, you know, I'm here to try and, you know, some of this of life is perhaps, you know, so instead of, you know, hosting, I think someone's ill, you know, I can love people now, I can bring peace and harmony to our family, whereas I used to be the cause of it.

06Quite a lot has changed when you think about where we were and where we are now that I'm hopefully part of solutions instead of problems and that's huge change, isn't it? So I'm not perfect. I can't hold my hands up and say that my thoughts aren't critical because they are, but I'm aware of them. And I try and change them because I've learnt to be an observer, not identify with my thoughts all the time. Sometimes I run away with them, but just to have awareness now that I can choose fear or I can choose faith or I can choose hate and I can choose praying for the sick person. It's a choice now, I didn't have a choice before

08because I wasn't aware. I was just acting on my conditioning and my ego. So I'm very glad that I have been awakened. I am awakening and choose to flow with life and not fight against it. Some days it's easier than others. You know, I'm just human. But for me, awareness is the key. And you know, catch yourself when you're letting your lower mind dominate you. It's interesting because you know, you've been off going into work and you know, you've been low energy.

11You've felt yourself busy so that you haven't drifted into, you know, ego, you, I feel, you know, you've done things to try and occupy yourself, haven't you? And you know, because that involves sitting, you know, you're not expending much energy and rest into what you need it to. And I think that's been better than that for you, for your mental health. Yeah, I do. I think my mental health is good. I just think my state of mind fluctuates, you know, from, you know, being quite spiritual to being quite angry. You know, I feel you're full. You can call it being yourself, but you can use paper

12and pick up on YouTube videos and things like that. You know, there's war in the Middle East and there's, you know, there's conflict at home and there's, it's, you know, the political life is problem. And, you know, so my thoughts are always of the best, you know. Do you feel at peace with all, at one with all souls around you, you know, I don't, not all the time. You know, I'm troubled. You know, conflicting character and destructive thoughts. His difficult, you know, I was saddening me yesterday and they were talking about keeping it in the day, keeping it in the day, day at a time, you know, and then less than tired of war so they were saying, you know,

12there was only one day, there was a small man and so on. And all of a sudden it's great, you know, but I always say, you know, you know, and I'm just like, what the fuck is going on? You know, it's like, where's, you know, the economy, the geopolitical turmoil, the demographics and, you know, it's a very worrying time and I'm hopeful that we'll get through it, but I can't help projecting into the future and I think it's just the need for being human. I don't think that's a mental health issue. I just think that's... No, but you can... It's just being aware. Some people can just completely go down rabbit holes and get themselves into a panic state and that's no good for anyone. You know, and I just bring it back to the serenity check in April. You know, can I, can I change something?

13You know, do I, do I feel strongly enough to go and do something and the answer is, I know what I can do to change myself and other alcoholics and I stick to that and that keeps me in the parameter that I'm safe. It might be sticking my head in the sand, but it works for me. And, you know, the idea that I can't control things is freeing. You know, I have to do what I can to bring harmony and peace into people's lives and not be an alcoholic in active alcoholism. You know, that, to me, is what I can do. And that's what I focus on. And that's, you know, where I go. Yeah, you want a bit of sun all the time. Yeah, of course, fear. But, you know, I observe it.

13I observe it and I put things in place. And, you know, I try and support not criticise. And, you know, that's all we can do. It's up to the individual where they take their lives. You can't control an angle. But you can, you know, be there. Be present. Pick up the code. And that's, you know, swaddle. Okay. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So, 14th. And this was spent. Alcohol was a great persuader. I don't know if I may be as interested in reason of illness. Sometimes this was a tedious process.

16We hope no one else will repaid you this for this long. It's somehow as rare. But we don't may still ask why you should believe in a primary greater than himself. We think there are good reasons. Let us only look at some of them. The practical individual of today is a stickler for facts and results. Never the last, the 20th century. Redally accepts, theories of all kinds, provided they are firmly grounded in fact. We have numerous theories, for example, about electricity. Everybody believes them without a murmur of doubt. Fine is ready acceptance. Simply because it is impossible to explain what we see, feel, direct, and use without a reasonable assumption as a starting point. Everybody nowadays believes in scores of assumptions for which there is good evidence that no perfect visual proof and does not science demonstrate that visual proof is the weakest proof.

16It is being constantly revealed as mankind studies in material world. The outward appearances are not inward reality at all. To illustrate, the prosaic steel guctor is a mass of electrons whaddling around each other at incredible speed. These tiny bodies are governed by precise laws and these laws hold true throughout the material world. Science tells us so we have no reason to doubt it. When, however, the perfectly logical assumption is suggested that underneath the material world and life as we see it, there is an all-powerful guiding creative intelligence right there, our chemistry comes to the surface and we laboriously set out to convince ourselves it isn't so. We read wordy books and indulge in windy arguments, thinking we believe this universe needs no God to explain it. When our contentions true, it would follow that life originated out of nothing,

18means nothing, and proceeds nowhere. It's just suggesting to be open-minded isn't it really? You know, content for our true investigation again. Just, you know. Yes, well, it's, it's, you know, we have faith in theories for all sorts of things. You know, like, more bathroom. I put the light switch on, but I don't really know how. Why, why, why, why? There's just a comment from Hades again here. There's a show up his light. But I just know that it makes the room light. You can see the light. It's light dark and light. And I know that if I pray and I have faith,

19I'm lowering the light and the dark. So it's, it's whatever example works for you, isn't it? Well, the good term is solid, heavy, you know, steel object. And then, you know, science is, you know, if you look into scientific theory, it's mainly space, you know, the light turns and the protons and the neutrons, they're all moving around. And they're kind of like, orbits in each other and the vast majority of the actual object is empty space. And we don't, we don't have a problem with that theory. No, and I think for me, it's if someone is struggling as I'm going through this book and they glaze over, I'm likely just to say that if you do these steps,

20you have a spiritual awakening. You'll, you know, the higher power will find you. Don't worry. But we have to do is be willing. And then you can get through. You know, you don't have to intellectualize it. You don't have to go on laboriously. It's their own conception. These are just illustrations. Let's get this done. Get into action. Mm-hmm. You know, you just have to be willing at this stage. If you've got a problem with it, that's all. Yeah. And that can get anyone through. Yeah. The perfectly logical assumption is suggested that there's a creative intelligence or a powerful gate in creative intelligence. And then we get up there. You know, where the problem is now? Well, I look at when I give Hamish a really exciting, what was it the other day, a yak bone or something.

22Mm-hmm. And he's never seen, because he came to us quite early. He's never seen his mum going bury a bone. That is an intelligence that's running through him. Mm-hmm. That's instinct. Who's talking about it? And how does he know? Mm-hmm. How does he know that he's got to go? He doesn't have any predators. There's certain things that are running through our DNA that are creative intelligence. And for me, I love that. I love the unexplained. I don't see why we should have to explain something. All that I'm concerned about in recovery is the days that I don't pray, which I don't can't remember when I haven't, but I think it was once when I was, I don't know. I remember thinking, I don't know why my days go so badly. And I remember, I went out the house without doing my curves. And that day wasn't good. So I don't try and analyse anything too much.

24I just... Into intelligence. And DNA. I don't know. You know, that's quite an interesting line of conversation. You know, because DNA is crude. You know, it's like computer crude. Yeah. And, you know, so there's... The idea that there's some intelligence underlying the code. Yes. It doesn't seem so... Still, you know, it seems kind of lately. It's just random. It's just... You know, it's just moves and moves and years of evolution that's called, you know, being generated by... I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Oh, God. What? People that write cage. Codes. It's like... It's like... Come to me in a minute.

28Mutation. Mm-hmm. Yes. And that's what I'll come to to us. Sure. It's incredibly complex. DNA is all just accidental. Can you try on the error? That seems quite unlikely. You know, the idea that there's some kind of computer programmer right in the code. Well, the theory of everything to that book. Mm-hmm. He likened this higher part to a computer, didn't it? Mm-hmm. You know, the computer was writing the engine. I think... It's whatever theory works with you, isn't it? Well, I think that... You look at the real gems, you know, the lights of Christianity and Judaism and Islam and Buddhism and Judaism.

28You know, they're all there of time. You know, so there were Christianity and Judaism and... They were... They were characters, you know, they were quite... You know, advanced civilizations. So they're metaphors. You know, we're, you know, sheep and fishermen. And, you know, our supreme being, you know, and man's lightness. And so that was... And so those metaphors, we still go with them in our complex society. So our metaphors for us is, you know, a higher programmer. You know, going to a computer or whatever they want. And, you know, like the cloud. And, you know, rather than, you know, getting here and God told to you, you get downloads. You know, and your prayers are uploads.

30You're uploading. And, you know, the fact that DNA has been... discovered and revealed. And, you know, people can measure it and check it. And, you know, there's the genes... There's the genes for people who can't process alcohol properly. And, you know, all that code. So, it's beyond the market. Anyway. Alcohol consumption damages DNA, through its metabolic... acetaldehyde. Which breaks DNA strands in sense. So... Yeah, so we can't, we break it, we break it. We break our code. We metabolize alcohol into acetaldehyde, which is an important move on.

31So, just stay away from it. But, I felt my... You know, I said the other day, you know, the character change. The psychic change happened for me in alcoholism. To my detriment, the wrong way. So, it is like, my structure in science was changing. My moral code was changing. Everything was changing to the bad. So, you give up, and you... You became the person that you were supposed to be. And I believe that. So, I'm staying clear of it. Thank you. Yeah. Fuck, acetaldehyde. Yeah. I don't have a smell like nail polish. Thank you so. Hey, so.
