Episode 207: Show Notes
Sometimes bad things happen.
Like any business, house flipping has its share of ups and downs. Things don’t always turn out the way you want. You miss out on a deal. A seller stops returning your calls. Problems and obstacles can come up.
And sooner or later you’ll make some mistakes, if you haven’t already.
It happens.
It’s part of business. It’s part of life.

This is really the thing that separates the successful from the wanna-be’s.
