Like any business, house flipping has its share of ups and downs.  Things don’t always turn out the way you want. You miss out on a deal.  A seller stops returning your calls. Problems and obstacles can come up.

And sooner or later you’ll make some mistakes, if you haven’t already.

It happens.

It’s part of business.  It’s part of life.

Ugh…

Not exactly the encouraging, inspirational message you were expecting today, right?

Well, here’s the thing….

Flipping houses is a marathon, not a sprint.

And marathons are about endurance.
