About this episode
Running in the heat is absolutely brutal. Whether you’re dealing with the muggy, humid heat. Or scorching dry temperatures of the desert or alpine mountains, running in the heat is a struggle for most runners.
But, it doesn’t have to be that way! In fact, there are simple tricks and training approaches that can make running in the heat an easier task, more enjoyable, and less of a damper when it comes to your training.
Taking my own experience of running in the 100+ degree weather heat in Arizona and from chatting with some of the world’s best heat runners, I decided to put together this episode to share 5 tips that can help you improve your running in super hot weather.
Whether you implement one or all five of these tips, I’m sure there is something in this episode that will help you greatly!
