About this episode
Maybe you have someone in your life right now who used to walk closely with God… but somewhere along the way they drifted. Maybe it’s a close friend. Maybe a sibling. Someone you used to pray with, go to church with. And now it feels like they’ve walked away.
Jesus told a story about someone like that, the prodigal son. A son who left home, chased the world, and wandered far from where he belonged. Yet the father never stopped loving him.
Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do for someone who’s drifting isn’t arguing or forcing conversations, it’s showing grace and covering them in prayer.
Don’t forget: You can also download our free devotional, “Mind, Body & Soul,” designed to help strengthen your walk with God through Scripture, prayer, and practical habits.
