In this session, the focus is upon the keys to having healthy and effective teams within your organization, ministry or community.
The five traits necessary to achieve this are: Being Mission-Focused; Having the Right People; Ample Resources; Reasonable Pace of Work; and Proper Accountability.
Each of these traits is necessary in order for teams to reach their full potential, because without them, the end result can sometimes get pretty ugly, to say the least!
Nevertheless, it is possible if we know what we should be about as leaders, therein, the need to keep these five traits in mind as we go about putting together out own leadership puzzle.
