There has been an alarming surge in healthcare workplace violence faced by healthcare workers across the United States. Healthcare workers, which includes Doctors, nurses, admin staff, security staffs and janitorial staffs, who devote their lives to caring for the sick and vulnerable, are increasingly becoming victims of aggression and violence within their workplaces. This has lead to healthcare workers experiencing the highest incidents of workplace violence among all industries.
