3. Traditional approaches to manifestation didn't work for Kat, like saying affirmations she did not believe. It wasn't until she began to dive into healing modalities, such as nervous system regulation, Holotropic breathwork, and other body-based therapies, did she realize that she never fully felt safe. Creating a sense of safety has been crucial for her manifestation journey, and something that she teaches the women she coaches.
