• Annual migration levels have fallen slightly, according to the Australian Bureau of Statistics.
• Two children have died after a SUV hit them as they were crossing the road with their mother in Sydney’s south-west on Wednesday afternoon.
• And today’s good news: New research shows 166,000 square kilometres worth of coral reefs across the world will be able to recover from the impacts of climate change.
