Harry Subertas & Lauren Klein on Overcoming Ultramarathon’s Toughest Challenges
About this episode
Ultramarathoning isn’t just about being physically strong; it’s about being mentally strong.
And being mentally strong doesn’t just mean pushing through low points; it means being able to solve problems when they come up in an ultramarathon (which is always inevitable).
That has been a big key to success for both Harry Subertas (Cocodona 250 champion in 2024) and Lauren Klein (ultrarunner, crew chief, and Harry’s fiancé) as they’ve navigated through the challenges of ultrarunning and life with a powerful attitude.
In this episode, Harry and Lauren share how they’ve been able to overcome challenges in life and ultras, how they dial in their crew strategy to create the best race results, and how they harness the power of community to make ultrarunning more familiar.
Huge thank you to Harry and Lauren for coming on the show!
