Its March 14th, here's your global news in two minutes. Hamas, the Palestinian group backed by Iran, has urged Tehran not to target neighboring countries while defending Iran's right to head back at recent. United States and Israeli strikes. This marched the first time Hamas has weighed in publicly on Iran's approach. The group has shown support for Iran throughout the ongoing conflict, but stops short of endorsing any specific revenge moves. They also press regional nations and global groups to end the fighting right away. In Gaza, a ceasefire between Israel and Hamas took hold last October, yet clashes keep flaring up. Israeli strikes there dip early in the Iran war, but have picked up again lately. Over in Lebanon, the Iran-linked Hezbollah fired at Israel on March 2nd to avenge the death of Iran's top leader at the war's start. Israel responded with heavy attacks on Lebanon and direct hits on the militants. Hamas Houthis, another Iran ally, voiced strong backing for Tehran after their Red Sea

ship campaign tied to the Gaza fight. So far, they have not signaled plans to restart those assaults. DNN is sponsored by our partner. Check out the episode description.
