Hacker Breaches Tip Line Platform, Exposes Millions of Messages

They say they stole 93GB of data, including details from over 8 million confidential hotline messages. The intruder got in by taking over a customer account through social engineering and then exploiting a software flaw. Navigate 36T of confirmed it's looking into a possible network incident and is brought in outside experts to check the damage. The FBI had no comment on the matter.
