Gunfight in Sydney, Two Men Hospitalized

0:00This is Corey with Sydney News Today, powered by the Daily News Now. Two men ended up in the hospital with multiple gunshot wounds after a brawl turned violent in southwest Sydney. The fight broke out and shots were fired, but the group took off before police could get there. Officers soon spotted a black Ford sedan driving recklessly on nearby Ferndale Street. When it wouldn't stop, they chased it until it pulled over in Guilford. Inside the car, police found the two injured men, aged 24 and 27. Paramedics from New South Wales ambulance treated them right there before rushing them to the hospital. A third man behind the wheel was questioned by police, but let go without any charges. The victims are known to officers which might help with a probe. Investigations continue, but details are scarce since the men are still getting medical care. No arrests have been made so far.
