2:06sleep, lying down is ideal because the transition between waking and sleeping is the most powerful window for impressing your desire upon the astral template. In that case, you're simply listening. This is the state of kin to sleep. The Golden Dawn called it the threshold of the subtle planes, either way, it is where creation happens. When you are settled, close your eyes. Take a deep breath in through your nose. Fill your lungs completely. Hold for a moment and exhale slowly through your mouth, letting the air carry away anything you brought with you, any tension, any urgency, any unfinished thought. Release it all with the breath. Take another breath in.

3:08Deeper this time, feel your rib cage expand outward. Feel your diaphragm pressing down and hold. And release. Let everything soften. Let gravity do the work holding you. There is nowhere to go. There's nothing to solve. For the duration of this meditation, the only thing that exists is your breath, my voice, and the luminous architecture we are about to build together. Bring your attention to the top of your head. Feel the scalp. Feel the skin across your forehead. Consciously relax every muscle there. Let the skin smooth, let the space between your eye brows widen. Feel the tension dissolving, draining away, replaced by a warm, pleasant heaviness. This is much more effective when you are relaxed. 4:12the relaxation flow down. Into your eyes. Feel the muscles around your eyes softening. Your eyelids become heavy and still. The tiny muscles you use to focus, to scan, to search. Let them all release. Your eyes are resting behind your lids. Perfectly still, perfectly at ease. Relax your jaw. Let it drop slightly open. Feel the hinge where your jaw meets your skull and let it loosen. Let your tongue rest heavy and soft at the bottom of your mouth. Feel the tension draining from your cheeks, from the muscles around your mouth, from your chin. The relaxation flows down your neck now. Feel the muscles on either side of your spine softening, releasing and letting go.

5:16Your head is balanced effortlessly. The weight of it is fully supported. Feel the warmth spreading across your shoulders. Those muscles that carry so much through the day. Let them drop, let them melt. Feel them becoming soft and heavy and warm. The relaxation pours down both arms simultaneously. Through your upper arms. Through your elbows. Down your forearms into your wrists. Through your hands. All the way to your fingertips. A gentle, tingling warmth. Fills your palms. Your hands are completely relaxed, completely open, completely receptive. Bring your attention to your chest. Feel your heart beating,

6:20steady and rhythmic, faithful with each beat. A wave of relaxation pulses outward through your entire torso. Your chest muscles soften. The muscles between your ribs release. Your breathing deepens naturally without effort. Your body already knows how to breathe, trust it. Let the relaxation pour through your belly. Feel your abdominal muscles releasing. Those deep core muscles that hold so much unconscious tension. Let them go completely feel your belly becoming soft and warm and open. The relaxation flows into your lower back now. Feel the muscles on either side of your spine. Melting, releasing their grip, allowing your whole torso to be fully supported. The warmth flows down through your hips through your large muscles of your thighs. Through your knees. Down your calves. Into your ankles. Through the soles of your feet. All the way

7:31out to your toes. Your entire body is deeply, profoundly relaxed, heavy and warm. Every muscle fiber has released. Every joint has softened. One more breath. The deepest yet. Pull the air all the way down into the bottom of your lungs. Feel the expansion. Hold it. And release slowly. Feeling the last traces of tension draining out through the soles of your feet absorbed by the earth below. You are now in the perfect state for this work. Your body is relaxed. Your mind is clear. Your awareness is focused and receptive. You are resting at the threshold between waking and sleep. The gateway to the subtle plains. The place where the ordinary

8:38mind steps aside. And the deeper faculties of imagination and spiritual perception come fully online. Stay here. Breathe and follow my voice. Imagine high above you, far beyond any ceiling, far beyond the sky, a point of infinite white light. This is the source of everything, the limitless light, behind software, from which all creation descends. See it blazing there. Possibly bright. Impossible, vast. A single beam of that light begins descending toward you now, narrowing as it approaches until it concentrates into a sphere of brilliant radiance directly above the crown of your head.

9:46Physically or in your imagination, raise your right hand and touch your forehead. Draw the light down into your head. Feel the warmth of it, the brightness of it. And speak this word silently or aloud, Ate. Ate. Intonate, vibrate it. Now draw your hand slowly down to the center of your body. Place two fingers there. See the beam of light descending through your throat, through your chest, through your belly down, through your legs. Through the soles of your feet, down deep into the earth below. And speak, speak, speak, mouth-cooked.

10:47Mow-ho-oot. A column of light now runs from the infinite above to the center of the earth below. It passes through every cell of your body. You are the bridge between heaven and earth. Touch your right shoulder. A sphere of brilliant light forms there. Speak, Vegebouda. Vegebouda. Touch your left shoulder and another brilliant sphere of light begins to form right there in your left shoulder and speak Vegebouda. Vegebouda. Bring your hands together. The center of your chest. Feel the cross of light within you. The light going from the very top of the universe down through you to the very bottom of the infinite.

11:52And then also moving from your right all the way through the left. Both vertical and horizontal you are a cross right in the center of the universe. Intersecting at your heart. As you bring your hands together, you speak, Le-olam-a-men. Le-olam-a-men. And Feel the cross of light pulsing gently inside of you. Feel yourself grow beyond the size of this earth, beyond the size of the solar system. You are a giant. You take up the whole universe with this cross running through you. Growing bigger every second. You are standing at the intersection of the infinite and the material. You are the creative center. Everything flows through you.

12:54Now bring your awareness to the sphere of brilliant white light above your head. This is your Keither, the crown, your connection to the source of all things. See it blazing with radiant, so intense, it fills your inner vision with pure white brilliance. Take a deep breath and speak the divine name, AGEA! Now repeat it several times. Each time, you see that light building with energy. with energy.

14:05The spear pulsing with each repetition growing brighter and more alive, more present. This is the name God spoke from the burning bush. This is the foundation of all reality creation. I am the creative principle activated above your head pouring its light into your being. Now see a beam of white light descending from Keither to the nape of your neck. The distance between you and them has always been imaginary. There was only ever one step, and that step is the one you are about to take. Begin walking toward your future self.
