So in term that I had never heard before living in Mississippi was food desert, which is something that affects a lot of our state of people who don't have access to fresh produce, a local grocery store. And it even affects people as close as South Jackson. Like it's in the Metro, and there's one company that is looking to fix that. They are investing in a lot of the vacant commercial properties around the Metro. They're planning on building a warehouse that's gonna have all the food, and then they're planning on building a bunch of grocery stores as well. Like one place that they've already got is roses, the old roses building, off Terry Road. And some Jackson has been vacant for years. So yeah, they are coming in, they wanna bring jobs to the Metro, and they also wanna make sure that we all have the access to fresh produce.

1:01That's awesome. Love hearing that. My good vibes yesterday I had said I might be getting oysters, and I sure did. I got oysters yesterday on a half-sale. I got a dozen of them. Delicious. Such good oysters yesterday. Loved it. And it's always kind of a roll of the dice with the oysters I feel like. I feel like I'm just destined to get sick one day. But I'm not sick. So I worked out. I sure worked out. You think goodness, yeah, I would not wanna be around you if you were sick for oysters. That sounds like a bummer. My good vibes are yesterday and picked up a dog, Seely, from boarding him during my trip. And he was so happy to see me, but in the calmest way possible. I think he was just sick of all the dogs barking at him and all that stuff because he was so snuggly all yesterday. He hardly made a peep, even though people were not gonna outdoors in the apartment building, it was precious. 6-0-1-9-9-5-1-1-7, what are your good vibes? We'll start with Zach.
