I think they're gonna they're changing the model back to Worse so the worst focus on going after the bad guys I think you're still gonna have this all of government approach where you have multi-agency's all working together But until there the biggest problem that we have besides the traders that are obstructing ice and so there's two things It has to happen biggest problem when it comes to the policy that we have with deporting when we talk about mass deportations Are the laws that these guys ice follows the law and and all these people when I'm out there riding with ice they say you look Hey, if you guys want to change this To have congress change it if you don't like us doing the job that we're doing have congress change it We're just doing the job. So ice is doing their job now under Joe Biden They were told to not do their job, which I you know, I believe broke their oath I could have understood all them walking out saying This is this is treasonous, but now they're actually being told to do their job I have ice guys saying coming up to me and saying this is my first time in my career

41:50I've been in the job for you know however many years It's the first time I've been actually able to do what I believe my job is They're they're excited to go out there and do that the problem is every single one of these illegals is given rights And all these stupid liberals talking about due process they don't get due process They get too much due process You every single one of them gets multiple days in court They have in in front of an independent judge that's through the justice department that's not to rise not through DHS Every single one of them gets to plead their case Even when they get final order removals They can still object. That's why what Bavino was doing was so ingenious They were doing what's called consensual encounters going into the community and and seeing you know Hey, if you go to a home depot and somebody runs That's enough probable cause to chase them and say hey show me that you're here legally That was a genius move because With the administrative warrants you're sitting out you're surveilling somebody's house for hours and hours and hours That gives the liberals time to come spot your location and obstruct the operation And that's what they're doing every single day That's what the left these rapid response networks are going in and trying to obstruct operations of ice It makes it extremely extremely difficult. They need to change that administrative warrant process to be able to bus doors down And get these illegals out of our country until that happens It's going to be very very difficult for ice to do the mass deportations that we're talking about But the other side of that is they have to prosecute So that steps and I was going to see next That's what you have to do if you go and obstruct an operation I don't even care if it's just blow in a whistle. It's both because you have to have somebody who has the Will to do that and I actually believe with I believe they are They're building cases and again it goes back to in and Joe Biden when you don't follow the Constitution when you don't follow the law You can do things really really fast and we saw that under Joe Biden Yeah, and unfortunately we haven't seen the consequences back for those rogue judges and those rogue prosecutors that did things that were unlawful Now I believe they're actually trying to do it by the law and so that process takes a lot longer
