When will the US Government shutdown end?

The last government shutdown went on for 35 days and only ended only after US air travel was on the verge of massive disruption. That was only a partial shutdown too!

Using 35 days as a barometer and the fact that it is a full shutdown at the time of writing, a 38% chance of the current shutdown ending on 15th October or afterwards seems quite compelling!
