About this episode
This week I chatted with Ana Vucetic, a certified wellness coach who also holds a Masters degree in psychology. Ana has lived in so many different countries and brings a unique perspective to her practice with such a culturally diverse background. Having worked in global environments for over 15 years and being raised bicultural, I was excited to chat with Ana about body image and how different and similar this can be for women all over the world. If you’re an avid traveler like I used to be pre-kids, you will totally appreciate Ana’s point of view on these topics.
Here's what you’ll get out of today’s episode:
How psychology and eating go hand in hand and how it can totally sabotage your ability to lose weight
How society is painting emotional eating and drinking as a normal way for us to deal with problems (wine o'clock anyone?)
How our culture affects our relationship with food
And so much more!
