Giovanni Santostasi

On Sunday, September 29, 2024, the U.S. Transhumanist Party invites Giovanni Santostasi, Ph.D., to discuss his research into historical price movements of Bitcoin and his view that the long-term price movements, as well as other aspects of Bitcoin’s adoption, follow a power law. 
In Dr. Santostasi’s words, “Power laws are mathematical expressions of the form y=A x^n and are ubiquitous in nature but also in social phenomena and many parameters related to how a city or a nation grows. They are so common because it can be shown mathematically and physically that they emerge any time you have some kind of process where the output becomes the new input in an iterative process.” 
Giovanni Santostasi, Ph.D., is a modern Renaissance man (he considers his native Italy’s Renaissance movement a historical precedent of Transhumanism). He has received a Ph.D. in Physics working on gravitational waves and neutron star astrophysics. He has spent over 20 years analyzing complex data in several scientific fields. He is also a neuroscientist and the Neuroscience Advisor of the U.S. Transhumanist Party. Furthermore, he is a financial analyst and is currently the CEO and Director of Research at Quantonomy.
Dr. Santostasi is the author of almost 100 research papers, and his works have been featured in prestigious scientific journals, as well as receiving attention from popular media like Men’s Health Magazine and ScienceDaily.com.
