A global leader, world-class marketer, and passionate communicator, Gillian Gorman Round has a rich background rooted in successful marketing for a diverse portfolio of global brands. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Kjaer Weis since December 2020, Gill started her career in the beauty space at L’Oreal UK for L’Oreal Professional Products. Quickly growing with L’Oreal, in the Professional and Luxury divisions, she continued her career in beauty with Yves Saint Laurent Beaute, then part of the Gucci Group in London which led her to relocating to New York for the position of VP Marketing YSL Beaute.  This was followed by prominent roles as SVP of Marketing for Lancome at L’Oreal USA, President of The Lucky Group for Conde Nast and as CEO and Founder of The Round House, a brand advisory and consulting firm. With an innate love, drive and passion for bringing the best of beauty brands to consumers, Gill was recruited to continue her career in NY as the Global General Manager for the Revlon Incubator. Following this, she became the Global President for American Crew and CND, which she held until being approached to join the leader in luxury certified organic beauty, Kjaer Weis, as CEO.  Since taking on the role during a global pandemic, Gill has challenged the team to successfully orchestrate brand growth, while strategically and objectively challenging the status quo.
