But I love the legends mode and Ghosts of Tsushima legends. And I've started playing Ghosts of Yote legends and I continue to adore it. And I'm really excited for me and you to hop in the legends together. You've not even booted it up. Having booted it up, I got PS Plus for this big deal. It's been four years. That's crazy that you're just now getting PS Plus. You know, I'm standing strong. I looked around and I said I could only have Xbox Game Pass. Yeah, and that's it. Okay, I refused to pay to upload my saves and guess what? Now I've done it, everybody. Now he's done it. Hop right in. Enter and get legends mode for the first time. We're going to see a cutscene. We're going to go it all. We're going to go through the tutorial and then me and Blesson are going to hop in. Yeah, why are you doing that? I'm just going to hang on my game. So how do you play this? You do the standard?

And four names appeared in the world. I love blessing, trying to look around, trying to find where they're shit. It's all the thing.

9:13Like, if you go to the actual, yeah, there. Oh, yeah, that's the, yeah. And then you go to add a sugar at the bottom. They were the names of this... Oh, no. Oh, boy. It's fire. That's some sugar right there. That's right. It's just a lot, you know? How many grams? It just says all sugars come from the fruits, though. All sugars come from the fruits. That's a good one. Let's talk through these classes, right? So they have the three classes right here. Correct. They have the four classes. Four classes. Yeah. Or one of my missing them. Is there one back here? Or is these not the classes? No, those aren't the classes. Oh, go to the right press R2. Oh, modified classes. Yeah, so you have the samurai, which is kind of like the basic class. That's the one that's that can siphon life. You have the archer, which has like archer abilities, stuff that enhances your long range moves that you have the mercenary, which is I think one of my favorites. No, the shinobi I think is more self mercenary. It's straight up like has abilities that revolve around dropping the weapons. So you know how when you have the weapons on the ground, they can pick up and throw. Yeah, you can like generate those, or force enemies to drop those using your ultimate. And then the shinobi will go invisible for a moment, and have like smoke bomb type shit, right?

11:14And all these classes level up and gain way more abilities as you go. Nice. Okay, because they don't have like skill trees and stuff. Yeah, I see passive abilities right here on the side. And not like skill trees necessarily. Well, yeah, that's skill trees necessarily, but like unlockable like passives. Yeah. And so I guess it depends on how you define a tree. When I think tree, I think branches. You know what I mean? Yeah. But like, it's more a stick. It's a twig. It's a skilled wig. It's just linear. I never thought about that. You know what I'm gonna treat. The tree only done the chats as skills shrubbery. But yeah, the more you play, the more you rank up your classes, the more you unlock these passives. And so you start off like the first one you get, right, for let's say, is it good? I just want to know if it's good. We just started. Do you love it? Is it great? We're two minutes in. Yeah. Oh wow. Come back in like 10 minutes. We'll tell you. But yeah, the first one for the mercenary, for example,

12:14you get defensive tools. And so we can put down like these spikes, these spirit spikes in the ground to trap enemies in there. I love the UI on this. I think it's so cool to show the video. Yeah, super cool. Really dope. And then as you go, you start off with one weapon, but you can then unlock more of the weapons if you want. And let's go through techniques really quick. They have these are the class abilities essentially. Yes, class abilities that you also unlock and buy. And you slot in as you can see, there's like three different slots that you get. Yeah. And so as you progress, that's like more of the, all right, what is what skill set do you want to like, you know, have for your character. You can pick and choose there. Gotcha. Okay, cool. So you go mostly mercenary. I go back and forth between mercenary and archer. Okay, I want to do samurai. Because I think I'm more of like a parry guy. I like parrying in this game. I like the feeling of using those in the, the dodgy, dodgy. Hell yeah, which I really enjoy. So yeah, we have equipped the, okay, already I love that weapon too. Yeah, let's do that. Let's go samurai. I know it's more boring answer,

13:14but I think that's the fun to run for me. Yeah, I think it's a good one to start off with too. Let me use all cosmetics, right? The face face stuff that you got going on here. Well, yeah, a lot of that stuff is the cosmetics. There are, there is gear here. Okay, so this is a gear game. Oh, so, oh, yeah, those are cosmetics. Until the left of that, those, that gear matters. I think right now you don't have anything else unlocked, but you're going to unlock a bunch of gear as you play the game. So you have different versions of the dodgy and yes, yeah, and that's where that's where it gets won. Rod, okay, we're gonna have fun with this. Gear matters. Did you get it? Invite for me? Yeah, let's go for the spider. You can choose spider. You can't choose any of them. So you can't go out of order. Unlike the actual main game. I'm like, bitch, that's 100% out of order. You can choose either anyone you want. And then yeah, like, obviously, there are four missions per boss here. I already did the only. Okay, so let's try the spider. Let's do the spider yet. So there's four missions per thing.

17:16That's pretty cool. Yeah, you have the three basic missions, and then which are all two player, and then the incursion, which is four player. Okay, and then I have difficulties that are locked behind certain things, right? So I have the boss live the legend that goes, and then I'm assuming these are just make it harder, right? So these are- Yes, and we'll get there eventually. Like you'll- You beat one and then you get another- Exactly. And then the idea is that you'll then come back and replay to get the higher difficulty once to get better gear. Okay, I put Max making on. Is that what we're supposed to do or no? Should I turn that off? Um, turn it off because like it's- there's two of us already, so we don't even need it. Oh, okay, I mean- Oh, but I can just ready up here. There we go, we're good. But then I play archer and I suck at it. I just, I'm just missing my shots left and right. Yeah, I try on that gyro. I'm not crazy. That's nuts. That's all, that's all I played, uh, Splatoon. Uh, no. 27:32Just got to a flow state with this game now, yeah. Hell yeah, dude. So fun. The remaining enemies toward the last. I do like the narrator. Yeah. Because it's very much like, we're going to tell you the exact thing you need to do. You don't get lost. Thanks. But also, it's cool within the context of the story, because it's the storybook. Yeah, the idea is that the narrator is telling the legends of like, this ghost character. Yeah. And so it's kind of like the single, if it's similar to Tsushima, right? It's the story of the ghost told centuries later, and like, they're perceived as legend, because they're the mythical creature. It doesn't seem like stealth is too viable in this game mode. Yeah, for me, I just throw away stealth. Like, I think if you really wanted to, we could pull off stealth. But like, I don't, yeah, I don't, I won't think it's like, I think it's just waste time. Oh, shut up. Oh, right next to the health.
