Ghislaine Maxwell And Her Invite To Jeff Bezos Campfire Event

About this episode

In 2018, Ghislaine Maxwell—despite years of public allegations connecting her to Jeffrey Epstein’s trafficking operation—was invited to and attended Jeff Bezos’s elite and secretive literary retreat known as Campfire. The event, hosted by Bezos annually, brings together top authors, tech moguls, and media power players at a private location for a weekend of discussions, panels, and informal networking. Maxwell’s presence at the retreat raised eyebrows, not only because of her reputation by that point, but also because it demonstrated how seamlessly she continued to move through the highest levels of elite society even after Epstein’s 2008 conviction. Her attendance revealed a stunning level of normalization and acceptance within powerful circles, despite her growing notoriety.

Maxwell reportedly arrived at the Campfire event alongside entrepreneur Scott Borgerson, a figure later revealed to be in a close relationship with her, though he denied any romantic involvement at the time. Attendees included influential figures from Silicon Valley, publishing, and entertainment—none of whom publicly objected to her presence. The revelation of her invitation has sparked renewed scrutiny into how the world’s wealthiest and most influential people continued to welcome Epstein’s known enablers into their inner circles long after the broader public became aware of their roles. It serves as yet another example of how elite spaces often insulate their own, regardless of the crimes that surround them.

everyone and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. In this look back episode, we're going to talk about Galen Maxwell and how she was still being invited to all of the big time shuarees, all of the big time parties, all of the big time events by people like Jeff Bezos as late as 2018. We also have heard from ex-reddit CEO who said that everyone knew what Galen Maxwell was about and yet they all still invited her to these parties. When somebody going to question Jeff Bezos about his relationship with Epstein or why she was invited to this party in the first place, considering we all knew what we knew. Well the answer to that folks is pretty simple. And that answer is, Jeff Bezos and people like him do not care. This article is from CNBC and it was originally published on November 1st of 2019.

The author is Dan Mangin. Headline, Jeffrey Epstein's alleged madam, co-conspirator general all around Scuzzbag by Peter Serpent, Galen Maxwell was a guest at a Jeff Bezos hosted retreat in 2018. Yet, all of these people, who were around Maxwell, who were around Epstein, will continue to tell you they have no idea what you're talking about. They were never with these people. If you saw them in a picture together, it was obviously a photo bomb. Well, what were you doing in the black book? Oh, I don't know how I got into that book, I've never met these people. And then when it comes out that in fact they have met them, it becomes a whole different story that they start to spin, expecting us to believe it. From example, Bill Gates is bitch ass. Look at the way he denied his involvement with Epstein for so long. Then all of a sudden, we find out differently. So what was once a quote unquote conspiracy authority is no longer that is it.

And you see that with a lot of these people that were in the orbit of Jeffrey Epstein. All of them want to act like they have no idea that this guy was a sicko or that Galen Maxwell was a key component to what he was doing. And then when they're called out on their bullshit, they just play the fool, don't they? Well those days are over and people like Jeff Bezos and the rest of them that were hanging out with Maxwell, helping to refurbish her image, they all need to be called out for it. Because they'll get up there and tell you that they're these great philanthropists and they're here to save the world. Well, I'm here to tell you that all of these especially tech oligarchs are dangerous. People like Bezos, people like Zuckerberg, these are dangerous people who do not have your well-being at the forefront of their motivation. So just keep that in mind, folks. The woman alleged to have been a procure, well, now we can say she's a convicted sex

trafficker, for accused child sex trafficker, actual child sex trafficker, Jeffrey Epstein was reportedly a guest in 2018 at an exclusive literary retreat hosted by Jeff Bezos, the CEO of Amazon, well isn't that nice. Did you get one of those invites from Jeff Bezos? I certainly didn't. I guess you have to be a sick fuck to go to one of these things, right? That's the only requirement. You have to be a wired wrong defective off the line. You mean to tell me there wasn't a writer out there that he could have invited instead of Maxwell, somebody who works hard, somebody who could have used this experience to jumpstart their career? But now let's invite Galaine Maxwell instead. Vice.com citing two sources reported Friday that the woman, Galaine Maxwell, attended the campfire retreat last year. Did they have smores? Did they sit around telling ghost stories? Oh wait, no, that's only at regular campfires. I'm sure they sat around eating caviar and talking about how they could continue to ruin

the world. Alright, maybe that's a bit of hyperbally, but you get the drift, right? What they're doing at their little backyard campfire retreat and what you and I are doing at ours are two different things. Namely, I'm not hanging out with human traffickers. One of those sources said that Maxwell had attended three such campfire retreats hosted by Bezos and Amazon, so nobody's going to call Amazon out, huh? Nobody's going to call Jeff Bezos out, huh? And that's why we do these look back episodes, folks, as a gentle reminder of all of the miscreants who took part in Jeffrey Epstein's decades-long pattern of abuse. Vice reported that Maxwell, 57, went to the 2018 iteration of the highly secretive retreat with Scott Borgerson, a tech firm CEO, another fantastic individual, huh? You know, Scott Borgerson, the guy that left his wife, his kids for Golan Maxwell, then

when shit got tough with Golan Maxwell, bounced from her to the yoga instructor who can crack a nut with her ass or whatever they were saying. So Borgerson, not really the epitome of what we would call a bedrock type person, the kind of guy that scrams at the first sign of something better or the first sign of trouble. Now don't get it twisted. I'm not saying that he should have hung out and stayed with Maxwell. He should have never been with her in the first place. That visit would have occurred before Epstein's most recent arrest in July of this year on federal child sex trafficking charges. Oh, so that makes it all better. Let's just absolve them of this because it would happen before the second arrest. What about the first arrest? That wasn't a big deal. Those girls didn't matter. None of those ladies mattered. Those little girls. High school kids. None of them, huh? In 2008, Epstein pleaded guilty and floored a state court to prostitution-related charges,

one involving a minor and ended up serving 13 months in jail. Again, how in the world can a minor be a prostitute, folks, if they can't consent? How can they be a prostitute? If they are as a traffic child, and if you're sleeping with one, you're engaging in child abuse, child porn, and a whole litany of other offenses, not solicitation of a prostitute? One of the most ridiculous points of this whole entire thing. BuzzFeed News reported in September that Epstein, along with Basos, Tesla CEO Elon Musk, Google co-founder, Sergei Bryn, and other technology executives had attended a dinner during the Ted conference in California in March of 2011. So at this Ted conference, you had Elon Musk, Sergei Bryn, all these other tech executives hanging out with Jeffrey Epstein. But these are the guys that are going to change the world, huh? These are the guys that should be the arbiters of truth. And you see why I get so fired up when we talk about censorship.

Oh, it might feel good when your enemies are the ones getting censored, but eventually that boomerang comes flying back around, doesn't it? And eventually, it's going to smack you in the head. Amazon did not immediately return a request for comment from CNBC about the report. Lawyers for Maxwell did not immediately return a call seeking comment. Oh, of course they didn't. Look, we all know that Golan Maxwell was invited to all of these type things. We all know that Golan Maxwell was a regular at these types of things, but it is not the kind of thing that they're going to comment on. Maxwell's team or her or Amazon, because they know the optics are terrible. Even though they know the optics are terrible, they still invite her because they're counting on you being too preoccupied with other things to hold them to account. I mean, you have people that boycott things for the smallest reason, yet I've never heard anybody standing up talking about, oh, we should boycott basso's.

We should demand answers from Jeff basso's instead. It's all back slapping and who who draws because of the technology he introduced or whatever. I'm really sick of these oligarchs, folks, and I don't just mean the Russian ones. The Daily Mail reported in August that Maxwell was living at Borgerson's mansion in Massachusetts, but he told CNBC at the time that she is not at my house. I don't know where she is. Yeah, of course. We know that's a lie now, especially considering after we heard from the young Swedish kid who was working as a dog nanny for Golan Maxwell and Scott Borgerson. He knew exactly where she was, but again, it's not illegal to lie to the media. You could tell the media whatever you want, and that's exactly what Borgerson did. Maxwell's controversial involvement with Epstein has been public knowledge for years. Robert Maxwell, excuse me, Maxwell, daughter of the late media tycoon and fraudster Robert Maxwell, has been accused by multiple women of acting as one of the procures of girls and women for Epstein,

and not only that, but partaking in the abuse. Let's not forget that little tidbit, okay? That's a very important part of all of this. One employee of Epstein's called Maxwell, the lady of the house, referring to his mansion in Palm Beach, Florida. Some accusers have also said Maxwell, at times, participated in Epstein abusing them sexually. So now when we look back in hindsight, the employee who called Maxwell, the lady of the house, was Juan Alessi, obviously, and we heard his whole testimony during the trial. She has denied the allegations and has not been criminally charged. Whoa, boy, yes she has now, huh? Funny how that works. However, federal authorities are continuing a criminal investigation into Epstein's alleged sex trafficking of dozens of underage girls in the early 2000s. In 2010, Maxwell attended the wedding of Chelsea Clinton, the daughter of former president Bill Clinton, and former secretary of state, Hillary Clinton. Well, isn't that nice, folks?

Isn't that just brilliant? Our ex-president, his wife and their daughter, having Galein Maxwell over for a nice wedding visit. Anybody going to ask any questions about that? Or are all of you hard-charging blue checkmarker reporters way too busy, riling up the masses and feeding them red meat? Just a question, you know? I wonder if you guys are going to do your job, ever. Epstein, a former friend of both Bill Clinton and president Donald Trump, in the case lodged in July, was accused of abusing girls with the assistance of unnamed co-conspirators at his massive townhouse in Manhattan. As well as his Palm Beach residents, he had pleaded not guilty in either case. Epstein 67 died on August 10th while being held without bond at a federal jail in Lower Manhattan. New York City's medical examiner's office found that Epstein killed himself by hanging. Yeah, those rulings were challenged by people like Michael Bodden and all of that, but we're not going to retread on that ground.

At this point, I think there's enough there for everybody to make their own decision about what happened in that jail cell. And until some concrete evidence is provided, that is exactly what people are going to do. At the time of his death, Epstein was being held in a protective unit of the jail, and the prior month had been found unresponsive on the floor of his cell with marks on his neck. Yeah, you mean the cell that he was sharing with Nicholas Dartaglioni? I'm sure that Dartaglioni was just sitting around doing a word puzzle while Epstein was trying to kill himself, right? Dr. Michael Bodden, a renowned forensic pathologist hired by Epstein's brother, said this week that the injuries found in Epstein's neck were extremely unusual in suicidal hangings, and more consistent with the injuries found in a homicide by strangulation. There's evidence here of a homicide that should be investigated to see if, or if it isn't, a homicide, Bodden said. Chief Medical Examiner, Dr. Barbara Sampson, said in response that she firmly stands by her findings in the autopsy report.

So there you have it, folks. I mean, she stands by her findings. We should all just believe what she has to say. Uh, what? The circumstances of Epstein's death remain under investigation by several federal agencies. Yeah, and we see how that's worked out for us, huh? Still have nothing. Oh, we have a little bit of, uh, you know, nonsensical narrative that they've pumped out there, but no real evidence, at least in my opinion. In court documents released in August, a woman named Virginia Roberts said Maxwell directed her as a teenager to have sex with Prince Andrew of Britain, former Senate majority leader, George Mitchell, former New Mexico governor, Bill Richardson, hedge funder Glenn Dubin, late MIT scientist Marvin Minsky, modeling company founder Jean-Luc Brunel, the owner of a large hotel chain, and another prince. All of the men with the exception of the late Minsky denied Roberts claims. We know how that's worked out for all of these people who have denied, right? And every person that, uh, Virginia has pointed to, it has come out in the end that that person,
