In this episode, Katee and Jackye speak with Maya Huber, the CEO & co-founder of TaTiO. She holds a PhD in occupational therapy, with main expertise in the fields of job analysis and the future of work. Maya has 15 years of practical and research experience managing HR companies focusing on work inclusion of vulnerable population groups.
Maya worked in the HR industry for years and met thousands of job seekers and recruiters who struggled for a good match, making it clear that a change had to be made. Together with her partners Mor Panfil (COO) and Nir Familiar (CTO) and their extensive experience in building tech products, the team is designing a new mechanism of hiring.
