I recently started doing more construction and service work after nearly a year focused on working from home.
With my focus on making remote work my main source of income, I was a bit surprised at the satisfaction and joy I was finding in hard physical labor.
It got me to thinking about the ebbs and flows of life, and created a question in my mind: what are other things I've quit doing that previously brought me joy, and inversely, what are some things that I'm currently doing that would make me happier if I quit doing them?
