If you are going to accelerate your profits as a coach, freelancer, consultant, or other professional service provider, you need to be in the habit of evaluating your business.

Most entrepreneurs start their business in hustle mode. When you work in hustle mode, you end up so focused on getting your next dollar/client, etc... that you neglect to learn what's working (or not working) in your business. 

So what ends up happening is you're stuck and you don't know how you got there, how long you've been there, and how to fix the problem.

Don't feel bad if this sounds like you. I was guilty of this too when I first started my business.
 
There are some very specific things you need to do consistently to generate revenue in your business. However, you may be engaging in habits and activities that are preventing you from maximizing your revenue.

The key to getting unstuck in your professional service business is the ability to evaluate your activities and operations so you can see and correct what's not working  so you can turn things around.  Otherwise you are going to continue to get the same results.
