The world of modeling is one city ass world, isn't it? The horror stories we have heard from the models, from girls who have been around these sick bastards, make your head spin. And it's not just John Luke Brunel, we know he's definitely a scumbag, but there's others, right? Like the guy we're going to talk about today, another Frenchman, another story of abuse, harassment, and alleged assault. It's like all of these people who are in the modeling agencies, in the modeling industry, forever, up until probably recent times, because there's too much publicity on them, but up until recently, at the very least, these dudes were acting like they could do whatever they want. They could treat these girls however they wanted, they could demand whatever they wanted
from these girls, simply because they held the keys to the castle. Oh, you want that job? You're going to have to sleep with my friend. Oh, you want to go walk that runway? I'm going to need you to come spend the night. And these sick old sweaty ass gross MFs got away with it for pretty much ever. But now the worms turn a little bit, right? People are starting to realize what the fuck was going on. People are starting to understand just how sick these people are. And anybody who's using their power, their position of power to try and force people to sleep with them, that person is not right in the head. It's a sick person you're dealing with right off the bat, a manipulator, a narcissist, and all the rest. But it seems like most of these modeling bosses were dancing to this tune, at least for the
60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, probably early 2000s. But it seems to be the same story with all of these people. Once again, another reason why I called them all, fellow travelers. Because that's what they are, right? They're all breaking bread together, they're all hanging out together, they're all going to the same events together, they're all together, aren't they? So what else would you call them? Now obviously, not everybody in their circle was a molester or an abuser. But if you're hanging out with these people, even if you're not abusing anybody, you're an enabler at the very least, and that makes you a scumbag. So let's jump into our article today from france24.com. And let's see what the Paris AFP has to say, headline, haunted. X models speak out against French fashion boss.
And good for them. You know, how long have these ladies been kept silent, especially in France? France has some goofy rules when it comes to this kind of thing, right? A goofy rules as far as the age of consent. I know they're looking at it, they're adjusting things, and you know, catching up. But there's always been a bit of an issue with this in France, there's no doubt about it. After keeping silent for years, more than a dozen women hope their harrowing testimonies will spur prosecutors to pursue a pillar of the French fashion industry, accused of abusing young models with widely known impunity over dozens of years. It's true. These guys have gone away with it for years. How many times have we heard of situations where women have called these people out? And nothing was done. People ignored it. I mean, what was it in 1988 that these people were called out the first time Jean-Luc Brunel and, you know, and nobody cared.
A lot of that has to do with a bought and paid for legacy media boardroom. But even if these women would have come out back then, what would have happened to them? You know, they would have had their story crushed, the narrative would have been steered by the legacy media, and they would have had no hope. But now, it's a bit more of a fair playing field when it comes to the narrative, isn't it? Just stuck with just what the media prints, you could take the social media and, you know, craft your own narrative. And we see that's what a lot of the survivors have done. They made the end around the media and went directly to you, the people. It's haunted me for 20 years. Lisa Brinkworth, a former BBC journalist, told AFP of her encounter with Gerald Malie, a Marie, the former Europe Chief of the Elite Modeling Agency, and its fallout.
Can you imagine, I mean, honestly, you're one of these ladies, one of these girls, and this guy is able to get away with this for years and years and years, and not only with you, but other girls, and you just have to sit back and accept it, and you know that if you come out, that you're not going to be believed, that no matter what you say, they're going to take the side of this sick, rich bastard. So it must be a position that's not only frustrating, but a bit scary and unnerving, right? You have no one to turn to, you've had this violation occur, you feel like nobody's going to believe you? I can't even imagine the mental pole that must take on you. But it's happening worldwide every second, every minute of the day with some of these sick bastards like Gerald Marie and his buddies. Brinkworth is one of several women who met with investigators from the French police's child protection brigade last week, with others set to do so in the coming days.
The inquiry was opened in September 2020 after complaints lodged over alleged rapes and sexual abuse between 1980 and 1998, including of minors. And this has been a big problem with France, right? This has been the elephant in the room when it comes to the modeling agencies, the modeling industry. And you see the same behavior mirrored by these people, not only in France, again, this is not a French problem, a specific French problem. They're just happening to be talking about Gerald Marie, who is a Frenchman. But these people who were in the modeling industry, the world over seemed to me to be some of the sickest people on the whole entire planet. I mean, the things that go on with these modeling agencies, the things that these girls have to do to try and get work, is fucking unseemly.
And it's unthinkable to me that there are people out there, like this sick bastard Gerald Marie, who look at these girls and think, oh yeah, this is my chance to finally get laid. I mean, honestly, if you look at all of these guys who are involved in this, they're all like fat, sweaty, gross fuckbags, who would never, ever, ever have a chance with any beautiful woman. Unless, of course, they use their money, power, and influence to make inroads. Although that would normally put them beyond France's statutes of limitations for prosecution, the women hope their accounts will nonetheless lead to criminal charges, especially if they spur more recent victims to speak out. And that's probably their motivation here, right? To come out, put out on a unified face and say, hey, look, we're standing together against this sick fuck, Gerald Marie.
If anyone else has been hurt or assaulted by him or raped by him in recent years, please come forward. We'll stand with you shoulder to shoulder, put our testimony together with yours, and let's try and get some justice. That's certainly what it looks like here. And it's a good strategy, right? Because we know that a lot of people are scared to come forward after this happens to them. For retaliation or the stigma that comes along with it, whatever it may be, there's a lot of hesitation on the part of victims to step forward and discuss this kind of thing, especially when you're talking about a powerful guy like Gerald Marie. These girls know that their lives are basically, professionally anyway, are in the hands of these people. So they don't want to step out of line. They don't want to do something that might upset this sick, disgusting old bastard.
So they keep quiet. And they think that's just the way to get ahead in the business because it's normalized. That's what everybody else does. And in reality, the business itself is sick. And guys like Gerald Marie are certainly the problem. I just think now is that now the time is right. He was untouchable for too long, said Brinkworth, kept on going. At the time of the alleged defenses, elite models had launched the careers of household names, including Naomi Campbell, Cindy Crawford, and Marie's former wife, Supermodel Lisa, Evangelista. So you could see right away that this dude was not sticking to the strategy of not dipping your pen and company ink per se, right? His wife is one of the models, probably some, you know, girl that he groomed like the rest of these sick bastards. And they all run around like there's some kind of, you know, a harem owner from the year
700 AD. It's amazing the way that these people operate, the way that they think. They can just do whatever they want with impunity. And there's never going to be any slapback. And I guess they should think like that, right? Because there hasn't been slapback yet, but that shit's coming. What do I always tell you about the children of never, right? Well, I'm not going to take it forever. The children of never are not going to sit around with their, their throat under the boot of these authoritarians forever. It's not going to happen. And you see the fracturing amongst the populaces around the world. You see how fired up people are. And the so-called elites, they just continue to fiddle like Nero while Rome burns. Brinkworth encountered Marie in 1998 when she was posing as a model for a report on the
U.S. Finance here. Well, Jeffrey Epstein, pedophile, you mean, who was facing multiple charges of sex trafficking of minors before his 2019 suicide. And you see, guys, all hand in hand, this whole entire modeling industry, at least when it was helmed by Jeffrey Epstein, Jean-Luc Brunel, Gerald Marie, and others like them, was an absolute shit show. And a hunting ground, basically, for these sick old perverts to find young girls, like Galein said, mubiles, right? And that was their whole reasoning for being in the modeling world, what do you think these guys care about fashion? You think Jeffrey Epstein was running around in a pair of goofy ass, insert designer jeans here? We all seen how this dude dressed. Certainly wasn't Michael fucking cooler, was he? Goofy ass slippers, dumb ass mom jeans, stupid ass collared zip up, fleece sweaters.
So yeah, this dude wasn't the epitome of fashion style or good fucking looks, was he? Cam's comes down to money, like it always does. They manipulate the world, they spend the world, they're the puppeteers, and we're just puppets on a string. And people are willing to just sit back and accept it. Instead of focusing on people like this, these sick fucks that are in charge of the whole entire world, and I don't mean all four guys in a room, the Olamanadi, I mean the banking sector, folks, the banking cartel, make no mistake, that's who runs the world, hand in hand with their politician pets. Sick fucks like this continue to be able to do whatever they want, because your politicians in your country, in your district don't give a fuck. She was also investigating Jean-Luc Bernel, a French modeling agent and associate of Epstein's, who was charged with rape of minors over 15, as well as harassment last December.
I was just astonished by the number of women who were making allegations against Gerald Marie, she said, look, peas in a pod, right? These people, they all were engaged in this, I am convinced of it at this point. All of these people in the inner circle of Jeffrey Epstein, all of these modeling types, all of these business associates, all of these type of people who were in the inner circle, it is my opinion that they all know the deal, it is also my opinion that more than likely most of them have taken part. Now it might not have been what the girl who has come forward yet, again how many girls have not come forward? How many girls or women will never come forward? And the scary is part of all, and this is complete speculation on my part, how many of those girls are no longer with us? Scary thought, isn't it? A lot of times it's just easier to dispose of people who these sick people think are disposable.
So we always got to keep that in mind too. We know that there's literally thousands of girls, according to the numbers and according to reports, and we've only heard from a fraction of those thousands, right? So how many more out there? How many more have been abused by these people? During dinner at a nightclub in Milan, she says Marie repeatedly propositioned her and offered to pay for sex before pinning her to a chair and assaulting her through her clothes. I was absolutely powerless to do anything, and I was saying no, no, no. And he just kept on going, she recalled. But even though Brinkworth managed to film much of the incident, she says she was prevented from coming forward by an agreement between the BBC and Delete in 2001 following a defamation suit. So you think I'm kidding about the boardrooms and the editorial boards being in on the scams, right? I'm not. See, unlike a lot of other people that talk about this case, I'm just don't baselessly
fire off nonsense. We try to stay grounded in reality here on this podcast. We don't go delving and flying off into the realm of conspiracy theory or lizard people or any of that shit. Look, I'm not saying I don't believe in any of that or that it's not real, but it's just not my thing, okay? And these people, that work for BBC and ABC. How many more instances do you need to see or be presented with that they don't give a fuck about the truth, that they don't care about the survivors, that they're going to do whatever they can to shut a story down for their buddies? I mean, if it was one incident, we could say, you know, that's just an anomaly, right? That's not how the business works. But after all of the articles we've read, after everything we've dipped into, I don't know how you can come to any other conclusion. I froze. Eba Carlson, a former elite model from Sweden, who also spoke with investigators last week,
said Marie quickly disabused her of any notions of a glamorous career as the face of fashion. She recounted a meeting where Marie showed photos of the agency's models, asking if she knew how they got to be famous while putting his hand on her leg. The old scumbag move, huh? You want to be famous like these other girls, you're going to have to get in bed with my piggy fat sweaty ass. So gross. So gross to think about. And dudes, you got to pick up your game, step it up, level the fuck up, patheticness. These are thirsty and pathetic as hell is really embarrassing sometimes the way people conduct themselves. He said, well, to be able to be so famous, you have to give something from yourself, he said, and then put his hand up or dress to a salter. I felt like somebody chopped my head off. My power just disappeared.
I had no power. I froze. So this powerful modeling agent has this young model there and tells her basically, as he's sexually assaulting her, the only way you're going to get a gig is if you let me continue to do this to you. And the police had no interest in this, the police had no interest in even talking to this man. Oh, it's Gerald Marie couldn't be in on it. Meanwhile, Gerald fucking Marie is on the phone in his office calling insert politician here to continue to provide him with cover because how many of those politicians that we know or don't know about are also engaging in this type of shit. We know in America there's a slush fund to pay for their fucking sexual dalliances. So what would make you think that politicians elsewhere aren't doing the same thing? Sources close to the inquiry told AFP that at least five other former models will speak with investigators this week. People around a dozen others have made similar abuse claims, but remain reluctant to formally
file reports. And again, that is something that is very, very common in a case like this. People are scared to file these reports. They don't want the blowback. They don't want their family to go through it. They don't want a million reporters camp that at their house. Marie is also facing a criminal complaint filed in New York last month by Carrie Sutton, a former elite model accusing him of serial sexual assault starting when she was 17. Sutton, known as Carrie Otis during her modeling career, is to hold a press conference in Paris on Tuesday. So that should be interesting. I'll definitely have to check that out today and report back to you what the deal is with that, what she said at the press conference if any new information was released. Because her testimony here is a big deal, right? Carrie Otis is one of the big voices here. Marie has denied any wrongdoing, but has not yet been questioned about allegations.
His lawyer, Selene Beckerman, told AFP. He is reserving any eventual statements for the competent authorities. She said, oh yeah, just like Jeffrey Epstein, right? I'm sure Gerald Marie is going to be the most receptive person ever when it comes to helping the authorities. But Carlson, Brinkworth and others, hope the sheer number of women coming forward in the wake of the Me Too movement, the announcing sexual abuse and harassment will prompt prosecutors to take action. We have lawyers and we are powerful and the more we are, the more power we have Carlson said. If he is not convicted for this crime, at least we have been causing some sound, some noise that can create more awareness about the world as such in the model industry. Big facts, right? At the very least, this dude's being put on blast. At the very least, these women are saying, fuck you, you're not going to keep us silent.
And at least it's something. Thankfully, the French authorities seem to, at the very least, be ready to initiate investigations. And that's a big move from where they were. So like everything else folks, we will keep an eye on this, we'll see where it goes. And hopefully, Gerald Marie gets what's coming to him.
