Georgian’s Rights Abused w/ James Dutton - FGP#48

James Dutton is a lawyer with Dutton & Dutton out of Spalding County. He is currently representing a legal battle over unconstitutional speed traps that have been set up by a private, non-Georgia company and are currently increasing the number of fines issued by at least 6 times the normal rate. This private company takes 2/3 of the fine while the state takes the other 1/3, profiting off of you and trampling your constitutional rights in the process.
