Soap Stars Geo, played by Giovanni Mazza and his girl Emma, played by Braden Bruner, head to New York City starting April 23. They link up with Genie actor Michael James Scott himself on the April 24th episode, Scott flips the script by visiting Port Charles on May 4. There he belts out a jazzy take on, friend like me from Aladdin at the Fancy Savoy Club. Geo and Scott go way back. Geo played violin in a Broadway pit orchestra and bonded with him back then. Fans are loving this Disney mashup since ABC, General Hospital's home, got scooped up by Disney in 1995. Aladdin's one of those golden era animated hits and the show's marking its 12-year run on Broadway around now. This lands right as General Hospital celebrates 63 years on air, premiered April 1, 1963, making it the longest running. Soap still going strong, Scott's wrapping his Genie gig May 3 after holding it down since 2019.
