Skyrocketing, the maker of the residential and industrial power generators, signing a deal of up to $8 billion with Amazon for backup power generators for their data centers. It includes initial deliveries of backup generators with $2.4 billion next year and 2028.
It also includes Warren, salameting an Amazon subsidiary to buy GenRag shares through 2033. GenRag is a $10 billion company. Do you guys have the 10 kilowatt with transfer switch cellular? Starting at $4,619? Boom, saved my life, Superstorm Sandy. Yeah, well that's just the generator. Then you're going to pay a bunch of electricians to hook the thing up and you get to get it. Get the plan. They switch. I heard you're like a childhood with a noise here. They quiet very quiet and put some shrubs around it. It's perfect. I got a little remote control inside. You look out. You see the light blinking and you just feel so much better. And this morning they were all going off. Those people that had them in mind. Tucker went with the 26 kilowatt. Stand by generator 8,929. Yeah. They have gained 28% so far this year through the close compared with, well, the S&P 500, 10%. Most active core weave. This is a company that provides computing the powers AI systems. They kicking off a fresh round of fundraising. This includes a $3 billion convertible bond issue and a vehicle for potential shear sales. They agreed to so-called at the market offering program. It allows them to sell as many as 35 million shares from time to time. They say in a statement, the program will provide financing flexibility and help them migrate their credit profile toward investment grade. 10 seconds. Eventually resulting in a multi-year production contract for the joint advanced tactical missile jatum, I guess, which is still in development, but close to entering production when it's deployed. This projectile will be the most advanced air to air missile in the US arsenal. This is a role that's long been held by RTX, the advanced medium range air to air missile back in 1993. So that's get kind of old. The new missile program receiving a $2 billion boost in the Trump administration's proposed a budget for the fiscal year that starts a few days actually October 1st. Real quick, we'll do Boeing hard months ahead. The CEO, Kelly Orpurg laying out a set of challenges that surprised the investors appearing out of the conference. Uh, Orpurg and the CFO, a personal list of issues from additional testing that will spill into next year for the triple seven acts to more muted cash outlook for the company.
